The ocean side view was beautiful and memorable.

The location was further than I would prefer but not bad.

Morning buffet was amazing, the hotel pool was very nice and relaxing

Some hours for the facilities are slightly inconvenient

    6ElizabethPosted on: 1-19-2026

View was great, staff was friendly, excellent AC / never humid in the hotel, good pool

No screen mirroring or streaming, no gluten free food options, vegetarian food options are severely lacking, no bar or wine available at 10 PM on a Saturday night (that’s just absurd in a 4 start hotel), no valet, beds are very hard, wall paper was peeling in places, too far from anything you want to visit

    7DenisePosted on: 1-19-2026

The property itself is beautiful. Food, in particular dinner buffet was excellent.

Rooms, restaurants in desperate need of updating. Several restaurants were not open during our stay.

    8DanielPosted on: 1-15-2026

The staff was very accommodating and they were able to communicate with me in English, which was very helpful. The beach and pool were beautiful, with the beach having an awesome view of the sunset. They had an airport shuttle, which was a plus.

However, the room was pretty outdated for the price we paid, and the beds were unforgiving. I had a stiff back for our whole stay and a few days after. The airport shuttle was nice to have, but its last pick-up from the airport to the resort was pretty early, before 5 pm. You also have to pay to use it. The resort is also very isolated, so if you miss the last shuttle, a taxi from the airport to the resort isn’t cheap. There was also no shuttle provided to the aquarium, and I know a few of the other resorts in the area did have one, so that was a bummer. We had to forgo it due to the high taxi fare and were very disappointed we missed it. If you’re planning to just stay on the resort, you’ll be fine, but the restaurants are pretty expensive, especially at dinner time. There are other restaurant options within walking distance from the hotel (cannot speak for them because we never dined there), but make sure to use bug repellent at night and sunscreen during the day, otherwise your skin will be flayed and then you’ll be drained of your life source. Have fun! ?

The room is very spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. Our room does not have a direct view of the sea but some rooms face the sea and the view must have been great. The pool and beachfront are very nice. The breakfast is fabulous. The spread and food are very good. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Okinawa.I left my mobile phone is the washroom beside Hana Hana Restaurant. When I returned to look for it, it wasn't there anymore. I asked the staff (lady) at the gift shop near to the washroom for help. She was very kind and helped me to contact the concierge. Apparently, an honest and kind soul had brought my phone to the concierge. I was so relieved to recover my phone. I am so thankful that Japan is a safe country.

The property location is off the beaten path. It’s surrounded by stunning views. Easy beach access, and it was truly lovely to walk around the property! Although we didn’t use the pool (it was December), it was large and had a lot of area to relax. Hopefully next time we will get to enjoy it. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and easy to communicate with as an English speaker. We used translate apps and were accommodated well.

It faces the awesome and picturesque beach, with breathtaking view to natural rocks and caves. The hotel itself has a pleasant vibe of some medieval abbey or some old European university, with its architecture and decorations. There are three different restaurants for breakfast, each one with delicious food and variety of options.Location is great, with many exciting spots, places just nearby.

Not sure why the “Clean my room” tags were not given to the rooms, so you have to explicitly call them and request when to do etc.

    8MarkPosted on: 11-10-2025

The hotel, whilst older, still presents as a grand hotel stay with some lovely features. The beach is a highlight with unique rock and cave formations to take photos in.

The room for the price was a little dated. But it did the job. Also location wise you need a car, we had one and it meant we could visit local cafes and restaurants much more easily.

    10williamPosted on: 11-8-2025

The service was outstanding. All of the employees were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us.

The bed was too firm for my liking but that is probably more of a cultural issue. Perhaps most of their visitors from the mainland of Japan prefer firm beds. I slept well though by switching to the divan which was very comfortable.

    8KarenPosted on: 10-20-2025

The hotel scenery was breath taking and beautiful. The beach is right behind the hotel and super convenient and close to the hotel. The staff at this hotel was also amazing and super accommodating and friendly. The front desk staff to the restaurant staff were all exceptional wonderful.

The location of this hotel is not ideal. Not much to do around the hotel without a rental car. But that is basically all of Okinawa.

    9JordanPosted on: 10-6-2025

The resort had a wonderful beach and nice pool area. Rooms were large, beds comfortable, and spacious bathrooms with great showers. Great value for the money.

Hotel is a bit dated and room could’ve been a little better dusted and cleaned up. Like many other resorts in locations like Okinawa, access can be difficult and when you’re on the resort there’s not much within walking distance on roads that are well lit.

    9MyaPosted on: 9-26-2025

Clean, refeshing aroma, sweet cafe inside, beach and pool access, the bathtub wet room were very relaxing

Driving around the area to find other activities and restaurants not attached to the hotel. Very busy hotel restaurants.

    Location on water breakfast

Dated and needed a bar inside and outside

    10LiPosted on: 7-22-2025

Perfect view with the private beach, and also nice hotel facilities of swimming pool and cleanliness of the whole hotel. Very nice staff with English speaking skill. Last but not least, perfect breakfast with Japanese and western style

    3KimPosted on: 6-26-2025

•Warm, Professional Staff: Every interaction with the staff was kind and courteous. You can tell they’re well-trained and genuinely care about hospitality.•Spacious Rooms: The rooms are large by any standard, especially in Japan. Having that much space made a big difference for relaxing comfortably.•Beachfront Location: While I had issues with how the beach was managed, the location itself—right on the water—is undeniably convenient and scenic.

•Extremely Dated Property: The resort feels stuck in the late ’80s or early ’90s, and not in a nostalgic way. The building is visibly deteriorating in parts and badly in need of renovation.•Poor Food and Beverage Quality: The coffee was nearly undrinkable, and the food across the restaurants was underwhelming—especially disappointing at this price point.•Restricted Beach Access: The beach is cordoned off to a small swimming area with no access beyond. It’s only open from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and low tide takes up a good part of the usable hours.•Inflexible Pool Hours & Conditions: The pool is impressively large but only about 4 feet deep throughout, with warm water that doesn’t feel refreshing. Despite this, lifeguards are present, and the pool closes early at 7:00 PM—no night swimming here either.•Lack of Value for Price: Overall, the experience doesn’t justify the cost. The resort charges premium rates without delivering a premium experience

Lovely setting, great beach and pool.

Pool and beach closes at at 7pm.Food not available after 9.30pm.No bar!
