Great property. Really liked getting a credit when we didn’t need our room changed. Great facilities and restaurants near by. Amazing staff.

Beds weren’t the most comfortable. Buffet breakfast wasn’t quickly restocked each morning. Buffet at night was very expensive for lack of options. Great hotel though and some great food options around. Amazing staff

- The bed is so comfortable. - The room is big. - The hotel is beautiful and well maintained.- Service was good.

- I booked the rooms for the 4th-11th floor, and I got the rooms on the 4th floor which was the lowest for this choice. I can’t really see the sea view which was very disappointed.- Plus, I got the rooms on the garden wing, so I had to walk quite far from the lobby to the rooms. - One of the parkings is right in front of the cemetery, which doesn’t really look like parking for guests.

We were here in late November and it was relatively quiet. Rooms were comfortable and clean with a lovely view of the ocean and the kids loved the play area! We liked the location too, as there were several restaurants close by for meals.

Nice resort, with a beautiful beach and amazing swimming pool. Room facility is more than expectation. Breakfast is very good level combine Japanese and western styles. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

For hotel customer, beach side umbrella is charging, it's a bit strange. The sea swimming area is not so clean, with a lot of grass on the top of water.

The hotel was amazing actually, everything was very organized, the location was great, not too far from many attractions but still felt like a quiet place, breakfast was also very good with many options including okinawan cousine.The staff was also very kind.Parking was not difficult. There was always a space even if you arrived late at night.And the room was the best part for me, we took a very basic room, but it felt like a premium room, spacious, clean and with a great view. Loved that the floor had a tatami instead of a carpet, very neat and clean.

I didn't like a few things, though.Except for the breakfast and outdoor pools, nothing is included. You have to pay extra fees for absolutely everything. They have a gym and an indoor pool, but you have to pay 1.500 yen per day to use it, i don't get it. Parking lot 500 yen per day as well... and the worst part for me is that you have to pay for using chairs at the beach and if you want reclining chairs at the pool also have to pay... Another thing is that sometimes breakfast gets crowded, so they have like a booking system, and sometimes the waiting line can be up to 30 min. So you better book as soon as you wake up.

The food, pools, beach, location, stuff, room everything was great.

The comfort seats at the pool cost an extra money.

Lots of amenities; water sports of various kinds, indoor (heated) and outdoor pools, dedicated children areas, lots of restaurants and convenient store near, buffet breakfast and dinner was very good. Offered an evening paint/glass art shop.

The dinner buffet not included in reservation was pretty expensive about 7,000 yen, almost $50 usd each. Plenty of restaurants immediately off property but no availability without prior reservation.

We liked the resort, particularly the food and the indoor pool. At that price it's a good deal.

Among staff there were very good and very bad behaviors, so it seems like it depended on the person. Especially the pool staff were unkind.

This hotel checked all my boxes: beachfront location, spacious rooms, parking, and hot springs. If you pay for the hot springs, parking, and breakfast in advance, there’s no need to worry about extra charges during your stay — and the price difference is minimal compared to booking without them. Every room offers beautiful ocean views, which makes the stay even more special. Plus, if you choose to skip daily room cleaning, the hotel gives you a ¥1000 coupon per day. Overall, it’s a great value and a wonderful experience.

The bed is a little bit too hard.

The location is good, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is excellent.

I didn't like that it was a family hotel dominated by children rather than adults. Everything is geared towards families, with plenty of amenities for babies and kids, but not much for adults. There isn't even a bar if you want to enjoy a drink in the evening, and there's also no bar on the beach.The hotel is so large that there can be a waiting list of up to 40 minutes for breakfast. Even if you make a reservation in advance, you'll have to wait.You must pay for beach chairs and umbrellas, which are not very comfortable. And, if you leave for more than one hour (for lunch, for example), you will have to pay again.In our room, we could hear a crying baby on one side and screaming kids on the other. If you're looking to relax or have fun with a partner or friends, this is not the right place for you.

We got 3 single western beds that were extremely firm. Too firm to sleep comfortably throughout a night.

Indoor pool/hot tub closed at 7 which was too early as the outdoor pools were not open yet so there was no evening options for relaxation with my partner, baths not co ed.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Entering the grand hotel is alike walking into a Japanese drama on Hotel. Every staff was very very polite and even accommodated/attended to our crying toddler with biscuits during check-in. The facilities were well kept, breakfast (jap) was superb as well. The toddler room was very fun, and the beach was also well kept. Lastly, their special stamp activity for children was really captivating and allowed us to cover the whole hotel and explore it excitedly. The onsite cathedral was also fairytale like. All in all, a very pleasant stay! Not forgetting, our room faced the sea and was very very spacious for a great price that included the bathhouse entry and breakfast. Ohh and outside the hotel is just a short walk away from two convenient stores and many wonderful restaurants!

I liked the Pool and Gym area. The location was great. The staff was very accommodating to my small children. The access to the beach was very convenient from the elevators. The baby room on the second floor was the best for my kids.

There were not a noticeable difference between the Premium Club versus a regular room besides being on the 12th floor. The kids room on the first floor did not have any type of mat or foam padding under the balls. It was just the hard floor.

The view is good and there is private beach in the hotel.

All extra facilities/ service need to pay. We had Western style breakfast, the food is just standard. There are better options in Okinawa.

Terrible food and sea forest restaurant, very poor trained staff, only created inconvenience to customers.
