Convenient, clean and good value. Also great view from 14th floor. Bed is comfortable.

Very nice and helpful staff. Parking is right there at the hotel so it is very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Free welcome drinks from 3 to 9 pm was a nice touch.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic during "rush hour".. recommend eating early or later for a more pleasant and relaxing experience.

Location: Near to train station. Easy access from airport. Can walk to the shopping main street of Okinawa.Room: Good and clean. Can lay down 1 big suitcase inside the room. Drinks: They offer Orion Beer and soft drinks from 15.00-21.00 so wonderful.Breakfast: Standard and sometimes crowded but good service.

Pillow is too soft but fine.

Friendly people, large breakfast, probably one of the best for people who love this type of food.

The bed and pillow were one of the most uncomfortable ones we have ever sleep on.

Compact rooms, good breakfast, clean facilities, supportive staff.

Rooms have double beds only. Please be careful if you plan to stay with a kid as the beds can't accommodate a 3rd person comfortably

Confortable hotel with friendly and lovely staff. Very close to the shops, the beach and beer everyday between 3pm and 9pm. Breakfast buffet was very delicious with different options everyday. Toyoko Inn is always my first choice.

Small room but have all needed for 2 nights stay at Naha. For the price we pay, this is consider a very good hotel, much above our expectations

The hotel is clean and has an automatic parking lot (additional fee). The room was clean, tidy, and well organized.

The breakfast area was a bit messy with no hot tea options. The bathroom room is a bit dated, however clean and tidy.

Hotel is in the city center. All other places are very much accessible.

Disappointing stay

Checked into a room that was NOT made up. Rang the front desk to come view the state of the room which they didn't because they didn't understand English. Had to go down to reception to be issued a new temporary room. Told to vacate the next day, bring down my luggage and re check into the old room again after it has been cleaned for the remaining nights. Super traumatic and absolutely inconvenient.

Very large breakfast. Nice staff. Free pajamas to use! Easy to get to from the airport. Parking in the garage was 800 yen. Overall great value for the money.

Bed was hard and pillows not great either.

A solid option for a standard Japanese business type hotel at a reasonable price. The room was a decent size. The free welcome drinks were very much appreciated (Orion beer, nihonshu, shikuwasa juice). The hotel is in a good location in Naha, not too far from the airport, close to a monorail station and with plenty of food and drink options only a few minutes walk away.

The breakfast options were a little limited but still tasty. As with most Japanese hotels, the pillow was average.

The hotel is close to a monorail station and easy to find. There are lots of restaurants in the area. The hotel also has a breakfast bar with very good options and free drinks in the afternoon. Amenities and sleepwear are available in the lobby.

Good location (near monorail and bus terminal).

Very late check in (16.00) and very early check out (10.00). No working Wifi!
