    Pros +

    • Loved the location as it is adjacent to rail. The market downstairs was great. Appreciated the change machine for currency in the lobby.
    • Perfect location! We stayed a couple nights here after spending some time in the Onna area. This location was exactly what we needed and easy to check out all of Kokusaidori Street! There was scheduled construction around the hotel (Oct 2025), but we stayed over the weekend, so we didn't experience any noise or inconvenience. The metro station is steps from the hotel, but we just walked around the area and took a taxi to the airport.
    • great location, unsuitable for non-smokers

    Cons -

    • I don't know if it's allowed in all rooms, but mine was a smoking room and accordingly it smelled terrible
    • There’s smoking smell once we stepped in but after the air con is on - it’s ok
    • The room size was fine, but next time we will upgrade to the larger 2-bed room

Location was superb. Footbridge connecting to monorail station and very close to the busiest hub of Naha.Breakfast serving different variety of Okinawa dishes was also very impressive.Value for money. Reasonable size compared to typical Japan city hotels.

The location & breakfast were great.

Somehow the room was smelly. And also the mattresses were too firm to sleep on.

    10NurPosted on: 12-16-2023

Strategic location and easy access via public transport. Clean area and staff very accommodating.

The bed and pillow .. bed are hard and pillow too soft until you can get sore neck

Amazing breakfast. Being a vegetarian, I was very positively surprised with the large choice, including many traditional Japanese dishes, as well as Okinawa specialties such as Tofu cheese and Tofu with peanuts. Nice bonus was the delicious and fresh French toast with Mango!Other bonuses:- next to monorail station with direct connection to airport- free locker service- large choice of restaurants and tourist shops at walking distance (or even less ;-))

Great location, great staff, large room, and exceptional breakfast.

We had to wait for 10 minutes before getting sited for breakfast. The pillow was very tough for me.

Directly connected to the the Makishi Station. Staffs are very professional and friendly. Also liked the breakfast. Variety of choices and plenty of local foods.

    Nothing special

Super great location nearby monorail; and free providing free kids toolkits, very consideration!

Stroller is only for 3 year below baby, suggest to review the weight not age

    8HiroshiPosted on: 8-16-2022

The Location.. it’s a minute away to the popular busy street kokusai dori. and a few walk away to the monorail station. The twin room is also big enough for 3 people. The food was all delicious and tasty, with some sweet give aways and drinks..

The sink has some hidden dirt. and about the kids breakfast charge( I think it’s booking.com who is lacking for an information that it’s excluded to the amount we paid).

    朝食よかったです。

The front staff was giving me a hard time when I tried to check in. He asked me my ID card or residence card even when I told him that I am Japanese so I wouldn’t have one. He didn’t believe me, so he told me “We need your ID card because you are foreigner.”I responded “I just told you I’m Japanese! Why you ask me same question again??” He ask me that at least three times. And then he had something to say regarding my appearance. He said “You are a model right?” I asked him if I am required to tell you what I do for a living? He said “No. You just look like a model.”That’s very unprofessional for a hotel from staff to ask me questions about my personal life. How could you judge someone from how the look like and voicing your opinion when you have no right to do so. I felt very uncomfortable with this check in process. The hotel manager should take responsibility and train his staff more about being professional so they can start acting more like a 4-star hotel.

Location is very good, close to the station and the shopping area. Breakfast is Japanese style.

The hotel doesn't offer the service to book local tour, to mail to post card.....

Location was excellent, right next to the Makishi rail station.

    All was well.
