nice location : located in American Village, 30 seconds to Sunset beach. sunset is super gorgeous! super clean bathroom and big room

you have to reservation parking spot. and have to pay. but there's free parking lot 5min by foot. staff's English skill is not that good. sometimes u need google translation.

Very basic and very low grade beds etc. cheap management

Charging extra when from was ready 45 minutes before was so outrageous. Nickle and dime property.

Beds were hard...but they did add a mattress pad per our request. Not the biggest room, but it was clean and pretty quiet.

Room size is extremely big!! Stove and microwave are available.

The kitchen tools are not provided, not even plates or silverware.

Clean, friendly staff, amazing view and walking distance to American Village! I’ve stayed at other places in Okinawa but as far as convenience and beach views, this place is top notch! Highly recommend!

The location was perfect. We had beautiful views of both the ocean and American Village. The room was very spacious and clean. Hotel very convenient and great prices.

No housekeeping, at least not for free. But you can switch your towels at the front desk for new ones which was fine for us.

This is an amazing place, my wife and I frequent this establishment often. The facility is clean and comfortable and the staff are amazing.

The location was perfect. We stepped out of our room and were basically on the beach. We were also walking distance to so many restaurants, a large grocery store, multiple convenient stores, and bus stops.

The bright lights from American village were a lot. There are blackout curtains but a peak of light would always find its way in. As a light sleeper, that was difficult.

We love everything about this place, clean rooms, friendly staff and a great location.

Don't change a thing.

Loved the location. It isn’t beach front but it is close enough to walk to the beach. The American village is across the street so that was perfect. The room was extremely large. Loved the view. Loved that it came with a microwave.

The patio had no furniture. It was just completely empty which is weird since we wanted to sit outside and look at the beach but couldn’t. We also hated that they don’t ever clean the room. It is fine for a short stay, but if you stay 4+ nights and the trash needed to be taken out but wasn’t and it just needed to be cleaned at least every few days. Towels for example if you needed washed you had to take down 6 floors to get exchanged since they didn’t clean them for you. For the cost of this hotel compared to other similar hotels, it was weird they didn’t clean the room ever.

Very close to the center of American Village , so wonderful location. Very clean and good ocean view.Comfortable space for staying.

There is not enough space for putting clothes during taking bath.

Excellent location. The property itself just felt a bit outdated. The AC worked well and the bathroom was clean with plenty of space.

Beds were not comfortable at all, did not sleep well on those mattresses.

The beds are a little hard

The front desk staff specially the young lady at check in was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I got her name.

Very few parking spots at the hotel, we mostly parked two blocks away.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 7th floor with an ocean view, the room itself was huge with 3 beds. The location was absolutely perfect for our family and our plans of relaxing. Lots of storage in the room for clothes and suitcases. You could rent many items for free from the front desk which was an amazing perk.

My wife and I love this place, the staff and facility is amazing. The location is also great, you are right in middle of all the excitement and can see the sights by foot.
