Close to restaurants and shopping. Buffet breakfast was wonderful! We experienced the high quality that Hyatt Regency is known for. This location in Naha had a smaller, intimate feel of a boutique hotel. Close to main activities in Naha but the hotel felt warm and secluded.

Location, bfast

If you dont pay 2850yen for bfast you can not take out a coffee. Thats a bit over the top. Many of us just want a cup in the morning. Now you have to walk down to 7 11 for one.

The lady at the check in counter didn’t even bother to explain the facilities or even breakfast timing. The rest of their staff were very friendly.

Great breakfast, super clean room and other facilities. Gym, pool, and Jacuzzi available for guests. Staff very friendly and responsive. Very helpful. Beautiful and handy place, near to (what I presume to be) the down town which is very active at night.

No place for hanging the washed clothes within the room, so drying the pool clothes was a challenge. There was only one coin laundry machine per floor, with about 27 rooms each. So, using laundry was tough after certain hours.

2nd time of our stay. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, variety breakfast with good taste, the pool is also relaxing. Free water every day.

No onsen and sauna, but the pool and jacuzzi is fine.Price

The hotel is near Kokusai-dori with a lot of shops and food outlets. The room was very comfortable and the hotel provided a selection of pillows that we could select from. Car park facilities are great as they had a dedicated facility just opposite the hotel for cars. Last but not the least, the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Staff very friendly and helpful, and very quick to bring up requests to the room like water or more towels; location is superb, 5 min walk to kokusai dori and right next to makishi market and tsuboya pottery street; few off track hidden gems down south from the hotel too :)

The location is good for local shops but bit far away from other main attractions it just depends on your own personal circumstances/trip plan

Good location, simple breakfast, clean

Asked a milk bottle sterilizer as we stayed with our babies, but they couldn’t provide a proper one, the staff spoke only limited English, couldn’t really get what we needed.

Centrally located. Near to international street where there is easy access to food and shopping. Staff very polite and helpful. They are always at hand to provide the service.

No C port for charging mobile. Only USB available.

Worst hotel ever.

Terrible hotel, deceitful staff. A front desk staff called lee and a girl called 大羽 were particularly rude and deceitful. My order says I get a free upgrade, but they put us on the fifth floor which is basically the lowest floor. I don’t know what kind of upgrade is that. They lied that there was no other room available. The room smelled dusty and moldy, which triggered allergy and kept me sneezing; the bed was saggy; the sofa was dirty; the wifi password given didn’t work. After I complained, they reluctantly changed us to the 13th floor, which shows that they had lied about room availability. But this room also smelled terrible.

Good location, clean n cozy. Breakfast is good. Staffs are very helpful.

I thought it was ridiculous to be asked to pay extra for the connecting rooms as I had been to many hotels, and I never heard of anything like that. It was good the staff opened the connecting doors for us free of charge at the end.

Location is the plus point - just minutes walk to all the food and shopping. Room is clean and comfortable.

The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and were always happy to assist when needed. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The beds were also very comfortable! The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and a few dishes were also changing daily, which added to the variety. Location was also a big plus, situated right next to Kokusai Street. Would recommend!
