Hotel Palm Royal Resort Kokusai Street

The location was great. We liked the selection for breakfast.

I thought the onsen water was lukewarm. We wish there was an area where you could feel the hot water. Otherwise the onsen was well worth the stay.

My wife and I really loved it here. The room was wonderful and bed was really comfortable. They have a bathhouse and it was simple but perfect. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The location was perfect and easy to get to.

Great hotel with a nice swimming pool. Very friendly staff and perfectly located on Kokusai Street in the heath of Naha. Hotel hat all amenities you'll need and provided very comfy pajamas :)

Location and the amenities that this hotel site provided were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well.

Many members from other countries (male) did not follow the Public Bath (Onsen) rules. -No tattoos -Shower first prior to entering hot bath area.

Amazing location, with great food, spacious rooms and great amenities. The pool was beautiful and the room was large and comfortable. I really enjoyed the food and drinks at the restaurant.

There were pool rules listed, but the staff didn’t seem to enforce them. It was very clear that there were child free pool hours after 8:30 pm, however, even at 9 pm the staff was allowing young kids splash in the pool

Is close to the kokusaidoori and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The front desk also speak English. The breakfast was nice, everyday the change the menu. The onsen closes late and opens early which is very convenient for the guests.

There was a bit of a confusion with the parking lot, so i recommend you call the hotel first so they can tell you where you can park since the hotel doesn’t have their own parking lot. The pool was just small but pretty chill atmosphere.

Room cleaning is not available daily but we are okay with that.

Availability of amenities (facial cleaner, shavers , brush etc) you had to get from from front desk.

Nice modern room, impeccably clean, friendly staff, nice onsen (spa/bath) and it was tattoo friendly, good location close to the monorail and lots of restaurants.

Staff, Location, Facilities, Value for the Money. Easy to get to from the airport via monorail. The hotel had its own onsen and DIY laundry. The hallways were literally a museum.

It was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in Japan. The pool AND hot baths were amazing additions to our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. You are in the middle of Okinawa, next to a busy street and you feel like on tropical holidays. Restaurant was also really good. We had drinks by the pool every night ! I would definitely go back there !

In summer gets very busy and it gets difficult to use some facilities as washing machines/dryers as people leave the clothes in there for hours...

Excellent location right on Kokusai Dori. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool was fantastic and very beautiful. Also, even though the hotel was right by all the action, our rooms were quiet.

Rooms were a little dated, but well maintained.

Overall decent hotel.Staff was nice.I like the big bathrooms It’s very close to the action- but it also gets some noise nuisance because of that.Unfortunately, any positive qualities of this hotel were ruined for me because of the cigarette smell issue I describe below.

-Cigarette smell travels to non smoking room This is unacceptable and a deal breaker.Staff was nice enough to make me visit 4 rooms on 3 different floors and they all reeked of cigarette.-Another problem is they have those individual AC units that point directly to the bed.I got very sick on the second night and had to shorten my stay at this hotel and book another hotel to rest and recover.I don’t know if I got sick because of these problems but this couldn’t have helped either.Other things I didn’t really like:-some trendy DJ plays loud aggressive party music at the pool area on all evenings. It’s just a complete mismatch with the family style of the hotel and I doubt the couple of guests trying to relax at the pool enjoyed it - or any of the guest in the rooms facing that area.-I found the quality of the food at the breakfast buffet a bit lacking.-the hotel gets some noise nuisance at night from being so close to Kokusai street

Breakfast was amazing! The pool and onsen were also perfect. I am a tattooed woman and the onsen was friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or living on okinawa!
