The location is excellent and we used the massage chair a lot!

The breakfast buffet wad good enough, but a bit more variety would have been good too

They allowed us to temporarily park on-site for free for a few hours until we dropped our rental car. My wife loved the in-room massage chair. Decent business hotel within walking distance of Kokusai-dori and close to a monorail station for airport transport (but we ended up taking a taxi due to lots of luggage).

I was excited about the complimentary drink service until I found out it was only Awamori (strong Okinawan alcohol) and Jasmine tea. An Orion beer and other beverages would have been nice.

Comfortable hotel close to city center andthe city beach. Includes a massage chair, so you can relax after a long day walking through the city. Hotel offers a luggage storage and late check-out on top of that. Close to monorail, so airport is reachable within 30 minutes. Incredible value for the price.

Room is a bit smaller, but that's a minor bug.

We did not try the breakfast as we ate at other places but the hotel is very well situated being close to the Yui rail and within walking distance from the main famous shopping street. Easy access to many areas either by rail or walking. Hotel reception was excellent and staff very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable with new towels every day if you didn't affix the do not disturb label on the door.

There was nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel is near monorail station and walking distance to International Street. Have mini surprises for you when check in! ? Value for money!

It is a really decent hotel, very spacious rooms even for Japan and nice stuff, although they don’t speak English very good, but they recommend places for lunch and helped me with taxi to the airport. Everything needed you can pick up downstairs and bring to the room as tooth brush, paste, raiser, etc.

My room had a view on the road and train station, but there is a renovation in front and other rooms imho will be just facing the building on the other side of the road.

Exceeded my expectations with facilities, size of room and cleanliness. Great value for money. It was also nice and quiet so I slept well. Bed was also very very comfortable.

Nothing I didn’t like. It was a little bit of a walk to Kokusai Dori.

Unfortunately construction next to hotel is making terrible noise from 6am ... they are drilling or sth as this noise is not allowing to sleep.

We especially liked the massage chair in the room and the general aesthetics of the hotel. Also, the room was spacious and very clean. It was well-located, near the Naha bus terminal, and about 15 minutes walk to the main shopping street. The surroundings were quiet and there were some local restaurants nearby.

Good hotel not so far from downtown with comfortable rooms and good breakfast for a reasonable price.

Room was clean but linens didn’t feel 100% clean, there were random hairs and my towels smelt like they’d been left in a very damp room.

Very good situated, very clean with good breakfasts. Very helpful service. Great place to stay for everyone, close to public transport (10min to airport by the team and the hotel I soo close to train stop, and bus stop-wonderful) and a few minutes of walk to the beach.

Location can’t be beat. In the heart of everything but quiet. Just a few minutes from the monorail station and a few more minutes to the Central Bus Center. Also lots of convenience stores nearby. The room is well furnished, and very clean Wifi was strong and fast.

TV. No BS or Netflix. BS has more programs and news in English. This is a very small complaint. Vending machine has root beer in the beer machine! Haha…but no non-alcohol beer!

The location was excellent, walking distance to a great beach. They also have times car share availability right next to the hotel.

The breakfast was good and simple , but if you’re staying more than two days, it’s probably not worth getting it.

So close to the monorail station. Also walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The massage chair was amazing!!! Also, we accidentally booked a smoking room (instead of non-smoking) and the hotel staff were so kind and quickly moved us to a new room. :-)

Breakfast options were so-so.
