Very welcoming and conveniently located.

Rooms are on the smaller side, but normal for japan.

Very well connected to city center by walk and also to monorail and buses.

Breakfast with few options and very asian driven, without options for western breakfast, like cheese. Not everyday I wanted rice as my first meal

Super good value for money, staff was very helpful and friendly (they went out of their way to help me with booking a couple of day tours)

Breakfast at the neighbouring restaurant could have had a little bit more variety in my opinion, but was still good

good location, near the center but relatively quiet area; from the window can see the sea, room larger than most of the hotel rooms. clean.

The hotel is really close to convenience stores and the Prefectural Office monorail station, about a five minute walk, which is very convenient. The room is big enough for me as a solo traveler without much luggage. I am especially grateful for the fact that they arranged me a room with ocean view, just as my request when I booked the hotel.

The diversity of the breakfast they offer is decent, but for the three nights I stayed there, they almost served the same kinds of dishes every day, which I think still have room for improvement.

The water in the toilet is really weak or you need to tolerate hot water.

Perfect location close to monorail station and short walk to Kokusai-dori. Great staff and nice breakfast that starts at 6:30. Receipts available on request.

Room is just big enough to open a suitcase on the floor. Bathroom is compact and functional.

The wifi quality needs improvement!

Staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were good and pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. Room was larger than other business hotels I’ve used in Japan. Breakfast was great. Location was easy to find and fairly central. Overall I had an excellent stay here. An easy to recommend simple business hotel.

Could have used a bit more storage space in the room. I stayed for 7 nights and it felt like I was constantly tripping over my suitcase. There was nowhere in the room to put it neatly. And aside from one small drawer and a few hangers there was nowhere to put anything.

Perfect location for the Naha Tug of War. We were able to sit in the air conditioning and watch the festival. Great location, close to many restaurants.

The headboard of the bed had stains on it.

The resort was very spacious and had great customer service.
