Loved the beautiful location. Family had a lot of fun on the inflatable obstacle course (they are 28, 24, and 17 years old so not just for kids). Tide pools were an easy walk and so interesting. Buffet was delicious. Staff were friendly & helpful

Beautiful surrounding area! The staff is very friendly and accommodating . The food options are very good; however, pricing compared to the area.

Great location

The first night we had two twin beds, but was changed the following evening.

The breakfast was incredible and the service unbelievable. Despite large crowds or foreigners, you handled everything with class.

Its a small thing, but I feel like rentals of masks for swimming could be made so much easier. In the winter off season your demand for these are low. Offer me the ability to rent for my stay so i don’t have to walk to the rental place every day and return it by 5pm. Thats a pain and its silly. Thats just an idea.

English level of staff was not up to par for an American hotel. Expect to wait 15 minutes to be helped at the front desk. Half of the advertised amenities were not on offer. There were droves of students and they were loud it was annoying.

The giant out door water inflatable was on the advertisement and was the main reason we booked, but it wasn’t up when we got there due to the month but that wasn’t advertised and it was warm enough out side to play in the water

Loved the location, the beach was clean and beautiful, the pool was nice. Breakfast buffet and staff were great!

Our room felt dirty. The floor was stained our specific room needs new carpet. Beds were rock hard.

Both the Japanese and Continental breakfasts were great. The nearby beach, available at no charge for hotel guests, was very nice.

What didn't we like?! We came here for 6 days for our honeymoon, pricey, but worth it. If you get the InterContinental club with your room, you get free buffet breakfast, tea time, and cocktail hour (drinks and snacks) with a view to the ocean. So amazing! The staff are outstanding, you can book a ton of things to do through the hotel (snorkeling, kayaking, tubing, diving, so many choices). We did snorkeling and the instructors were amazing (shoutout to Jymi)! Everything about this place is amazing. If you want to spend the extra money, definitely go here! It was a dream come true!

Very far from the airport, you need to rent a car.

The beach nearby is nice and the direct bus service was convenient

Property is old so the pool was chipping and felt dirty. The rooms were dirty, there was scuffs all over the floor and what appeared to be vomit on my bedding when we arrived. There were roaches and everything was way more expensive than it was worth.

Great location, beautiful beach.

The Resort needs updating, rooms are old and look a bit torn down. The shower curtían had mold and the bed mattresses were really old and even hallow in the middle. Definitely not 5 star resort standards. Gym is very tiny with basic equipment and the pools are quite standard. Kids are not allowed to jump in the pools or swim on their own if under 13 which is quite annoying if parents want to relax.

Facilities are getting oldish - rooms furniture, swimming pool, could get a bit of a renovation, specially for the price paid …

The food is not very good. Difficulty getting reservations for many dining venues. Lots of confusion around services scheduled and then canceled by them. Maid service would not go away, but they kept coming back every 5 minutes, banging until we gave up and let them in to restock items. I will be avoiding this hotwl chain in the future.

Great location for a family with kids. The Club Lounge was great. Corner Suite was perfect and tons of space considering what you'd get for a similar price in other parts of Japan.

Our hall had a little smell. Take into account, prices for food and drinks are a inflated on the resort, including water activities on the beach unless you have Club access.

Building needs to be updated but overall everything was clean

Staff was very courteous and helpful at all times, which made the stay a pleasant one.

The property is run down, needs an immediate upkeep, was not at all value for money. lot's of facilities but noting except for one pool was available for guests to use. Most of the activities and facilities were at a cost, even basics like kids play area.

The location, the view from our room, the interior design of the lobby, nice staff and clean amenities, the BREAKFAST! We tried both Japanese style and Western style breakfasts, they were really great! We’ve also been to the Aquabelle buffet for a dinner and we loved everything. The Italian restaurant was good too! We couldn’t try the other restaurants, they were unfortunately out of our budget.

The rooms miss some soundproofing, we could hear everything in the corridor and people are NOISY. We would have loved to have a choice on the bed size: we got two single beds we couldn’t put together, but as newlyweds we would have preferred a queen size bed at least. We still slept together in one bed but it was a bit small, obviously!

Awesome resort in Okinawa. Location beach room all is awesome. Breakfast is great and diversified. Staff is very helpful, especially Melanie that helped us with the hotel activities and things to do on the island.
