Blue Steak Wonder Chatan

I don't know what the standard is in Okinawa, but in my country there's no washer/dryer machine or fridge usually in a hotel room, but the price is still lower! Everything we need to live is in this room and the location is easily walking distance from the ocean. Every possible aspect was amazing!

Spacious, clean, comfortable, lovely staff, nice extras like bikes and obstacle cameras to borrow for free.

Very clean!! Two separate rooms with separate bathrooms was a plus!!Beds were comfortable; room was equipped with dish ware, pan, utensils, cooking utensils and knives, glasses, plates, bowls , sink, dish soap, hand soap pump bottles, toothpaste/toothbrushes, tissue, cooking counter top stove, dinette set, mini couch, coat hanger tree w/coat hangers, microwave oven, refrigerator-freezer, washer, dryer, two trash bins for separating trash, abundant hangers and closet space with open drawers. The “packaged ice” was so convenient on the 2F. We were very appreciative of the “accessible bathroom”. The only setback was our inability to operate the TV monitor and features.On the windy nights there were constant loud thumping noises from outside the bathroom wall probably attributed to the wind blowing something loose outside the building wall. Upon check out I showed the attendant downstairs the mini hair blower and asked to purchase it but the attendant wouldn’t sell it to me. Please note I did not take the mini hair blower. It was left with the attendant.

New facility, comfortable bed, very clean and modern, kitchenette and washer/dryer in the room. Nice bathrooms. Great location.

If the property is not on sale or offering a discount it feels rather expensive, even though the rooms are very clean and modern. The self check in can be a little confusing.

Perfect location, beer trailer was a plus, comfortable beds, great space for families, clean, washer dryer in the room!

The location is quiet & it has a very beautiful bathroom and very comfortable beds.

Pillows are a bit uncomfortable.

Incredible staff - kind and helpful. Perfect location for shops, food and base. The room (junior suite) was amazing, and ocean view was beautiful. Having a washer/dryer in room was very convenient. Bath and shower space very nice. Highly recommend!

New facilities with luxury type room, even though it’s a standard motel. It had a nice washer/dryer machine in the room and although there wasn’t a burner, otherwise many kitchen facilities were provided in my double bedroom. The parking was always available and convenient also.

Spacious and clean rooms. We left our suitcases in office before check in, and they already put in room for us.

Parking lot is quite small, can be difficult to park bigger cars. They only clean your room once every 6 days, so if you want more towels, you must clean them in the wash room yourself. Amenities are given as a minimum, so must ask during hours if you want more.

We have been using Blue Steak Wonder as homebase for our Okinawa trip and diving. The apartment has really everything you would expect in terms of equipment and facilities. New appliances, very good beds and enough space for the family. The terrace with the outdoor tub is great and the dining room with the open kitchen ideal for family evenings. We missed nothing during the stay. Having the washing machine available was very welcome. Good and sufficient restaurants around, a lot reachable in walking distance. System with the breakfast vouchers worked flawlessly. Have to point out explicitly the extremely helpful and friendly staff ! This goes from the organization of a private driver to supporting with an item we left at the apartment. We are travelling a lot, but this level of service and professionalism (even given the Blue Steak does not have a usual reception of concierge) was outstanding. Large known resorts could take this service level as positive benchmark. Special kudos go to Yu, Jessica and Bryan !

This was my 3rd stay & love everything about it: Staff, location, room setup (feels like home than a hotel in the bigger rooms), the comfy bed & view!

Spacious room, even had a small kitchenette. Very peaceful. Breakfast can be added by buying meal coupons.

This place is amazing! Ultra clean, very comfortable and the staff very helpful.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean. The mattresses were amazing, it was so nice to finally find a comfortable mattresses in Okinawa. Location was convenient to gate 1 and to the sea wall.

The couch was really, really uncomfortable. It didn't have a full back rest. It was not comfy at all.

Everything was so clean. Loved the self check-in and key issue. Staff were so friendly and helpful in extending my stay by one day. It was a great relief not having to go somewhere else and accommodating. Central to many locations and conveniently close to bases. Thank you!!!

The toilet paper needs be replace. Paper that falls apart when water is applied is not good, especially when you have very nice bidet systems.
