Breakfast almost the same croissant and drinks.

Great Service from the Staff. Very Helpful. Good Room Size. Their Free use of their laundry facility is such a big help.Beautiful Morning and Sunset view facing the sea. Will definitely go back and stay again.

The breakfast was simple and yummy. Fresh warm pastry and expresso! The pastry choice changes everyday. The staff was so helpful and willing to share information about surrounding areas. We used the free bike service at the resort, the bikes were great too.

We didn't have any "Icks" about our room or stay. Everything was nice, the view was beautiful, the bedding was cozy, and the location was perfect for our needs and stay.

Clean and comfortable. Decent size rooms as well! They will even let you use their bikes which is a nice bonus.

The free breakfast was lacking

Very nice and friendly staff, big parkinglot and decent alternative if the main parkinglot is full. the view is nice and the washing area is great, complimentary and works (dryer actually gets the stuff dry not like in other hotels)

The room smelled a little odd, kind of wet, but wasnt bad after a while you get used to it.

Room was small for 3 people.They wouldn't provide bedding for my daughter without additional charges.

Breakfast is just a small drink and 3 tiny pastry per person. Need major improvement here. Parking lot is tiny in front of hotel.

The hotel is close to the public beach and restaurants. I walked on my own to and from American Village at night around 7pm with no problems. The twin room was a nice size for the two of us. The view from the rooftop pool was really great to catch the sunset, as well as occasional Air Force jet planes doing practice maneuvers. Free use of the laundry room was great, and staff were very helpful with instructions. They offered complimentary breakfast as well.

Signing into the pool area was a little awkward.

The late opening hour of the pool and no umbrellas at the pool. Breakfast could be improved, very minimal.

Very warm and friendly staff. The roof top pool was lovely, especially in the evening. The location is close to several good restaurants.

Just a delightful stay at the oile Chatan for my wife & myself, along with my youngest son and his wife. We stayed 12-21 SEP and enjoyed every minute of our stay before departing for Tokyo and a few more days of sightseeing.The facilities were clean, modern, and very enjoyable...but the best part was the OUTSTANDING front desk staff that met our every need and then some! All were pleasant, supportive, and took the extra effort to communicate with us. They helped us with everything, from using the lobby for a family pizza party to using the laundry machines and providing a generous supply of extra bath and beach towels, as well as parking for my rental car. When we brought our grandchildren and the Okinawa family to the oile pool on the roof, none of the staff had issues with the extra folks enjoying the beautiful pool and gorgeous views. Everything worked perfectly in our room, and we encountered virtually no major issues with our 9+ day stay. We LOVED the high-pressure water spray in the shower and the beautiful pool on the roof...

Our only issues were 1.) the lack of extra wall racks to hang our bath and beach towels on for drying (either in the main hotel room or our bathroom), and 2.) the parking. We brought up the lack of towel racks to the front desk, and they informed us that the oile management is aware and plans to install additional racks for that purpose. The parking issue is endemic to Okinawa, and the oile hotel was no exception. We tried the alternate parking spot, but even that lot was full, or access was blocked by other cars. The upside was that the front desk staff was extra kind to park our small Yaris Cross SUV for us and move it to a vacant spot by the time we came down the next morning. How cool was that? So really, no substantial issues at all.

We loved the roof top pool and brekky snack (a few small croissants) they provided each morning as well as the location. Being walking distance to the beach, cafes and the American Village made our stay (with our baby who currently hates being in her car seat) so much more enjoyable. Having access to washing machines and dryers free of charger was really helpful (again, because we have a baby that vomits on everything and because it was so stinking hot so each outfit could only be worn once before it needed a wash).

There were limited pool loungers (only 3) so you had to get to the pool around opening time (11am) to secure a lounger. Annoyingly the pool closes from 1pm-2pm everyday for maintenance which is peak heat ☀️? in mid September. I’m not sure what the pool maintenance entailed but doing it before they open at 11am or after they close (7pm / 8pm depending on the day) would make more sense.

Great location, close to the beach, both walking and riding the bikes alongside the beach. Lots of restaurants to choose from.The staff went over and beyond to accommodate us. Extremely friendly! The building is very clean and so were the rooms. Our family had a great time.

Honestly, I do not have any complains.

Everything. They were very accommodating. Provided beach towels. Easy check in.

The pool opening hours are laughably useless.

It was very nice and clean and quiet. Perfect place to stay.

The room's size was decent compared to other hotels in Japan. The sea view was nice - we caught an amazing sunset with a great view right from our room.The location of the hotel was good as well - 10-15 minutes walk to American Village. We didn't have the opportunity to visit too many beaches during our stay, but Araha beach is not necessarily a spectacular one.

The smell in the room was a strange one.The room was cleaned only on demand. Same for the towels replacement.Even if it was end of april, the air was quite humid inside the room (I suspect the ventilation in bathroom was not working either), we had to sleep with the window a bit open, and it was a but noisy during night.

I stayed here during golden week. I had a great time. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed little chats with them and they gave me recommendations of places to visit. The room was quite spacious with a beautiful view of the beach. I enjoyed that the location was far from the bustling city so it was easy to relax. I would absolutely come here again. The swimming pool was open but i went to the beach mostly. Thank you for treating me well.

Staff were great, facilities and location are great and very convenient for my needs.

Noise for the last few nights - child next door was calling for Mama endlessly.
