I like everything offered. Especially i love free-drink which i had at ANNEX building.And dinner included may local cuisines, I and my kids enjoyed a lot.

I do not mind things at the hotel while I stayed.

The hotel was beautiful and the facilities were well kept. Rooms were huge. There are many lounges and free drinks during most times of the day. Free parking and the hotel was located on a main road which was so convenient!

Parking can be limited when the hotel is busy, but we were still able to find a spot!

We could only choose separate beds, there was no king size bed option. In the end we pushed together the two beds. :)

Breakfast was great, the Souffle was awesome.

Communication could be better, it was hard understanding since I don’t speak Japanese.

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views and great restaurants nearby. There is also a Family Mart right across the street.

The only problem with the hotel is they have 1 elevator, and it gets very busy and you must wait several minutes sometimes to get on.

Our room was very nice. The restaurant was good. We had breakfast both days we were there. We had dinner one night. It was Shabu shabu, which was ok. They had a man and woman preforming, they were very good.

This property in Okinawa was absolutely amazing! Everything was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From 3–10pm, they offered free-flowing popcorn, beer, sangria, cocktails, coffee, tea, and juices—such a fun and generous touch! The buffet breakfast was also great. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a stunning sea view. There were tons of amenities, including board games and darts, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Very close to the beach as well. It’s a lovely place overall, and I would highly recommend staying here—we’d definitely come back!

Great hotel, the building exterior from the road looked dated at first but the property is very nice and luxurious throughout. Great amenities and their Free Flow drinks and snacks are a fun. Got to try mixing Awamori drinks and had draft beer and fresh juices. Beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony.

Gorgeous property. Renovated in 2023, the style is modern and clean while feeling welcoming and homey. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, the location was easy to get to Naha or up to Motobu. The views from the rooms are incredible and the lounge area was awesome! Laundry facilities were also helpful.

There were two elevators in the main building, and one was under maintenance during our stay. We are able to take the stairs but those who are not may want to request and lower floor room.

The rooms are very spacious. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms in the new building were beautiful and i loved the private tub.

We were not able to enjoy the breakfast and dinner buffet due to a school trip booking the restaurant. This left the guests that also booked a stay with no access to the hotel’s restaurant. This was a huge disappointment and the hotel should give guests booking their stay a disclaimer if the restaurant will be closed off or restricted due to private accommodations. The rooms are quite expensive and with the amenity of the restaurant being revoked, it wasnt worth the money anymore. It was very disappointing. If the guests wanted food we would all have to leave the hotel and drive who knows how far to eat somewhere everyone would agree on. Id recommend calling the hotel to check if the restaurant is available for guests before booking

It was truly so beautiful the architecture was stunning the room was amazing I love love love the tub by the balcony, pillows and sheets were nice the bathroom was convenient and well designed

Nothing bad to say! As a part of their eco initiatives they do not change sheets but upon requests they did change them out twice since I stayed 2 weeks, staff were very helpful

The overall facilities are excellent. Kids love the spacious room particularly. The beach nearby is beautiful as well!

WiFi is not stable, and our room has bad soundproofing

Staffs are kind and friendly.The room was clean.

The dryers were not good. Our clothes were still wet after an hour drying process.

Very nice little gem. Our room for our family of four was very spacious. We can lay out all of our luggages. We each had our own beds. The lounge was perfect for my 18 and 20yo boys with pool and dart and free flow alcohol. Our room was facing the ocean and was able to watch sunset. Convenience store was right across from hotel. Breakfast included was exceptional. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect, just a few steps to the beach and it was surrounded by different restaurants and convenience stores.

the breakfast was really good. Ample selection, constantly re-stocked, and the "omu Sensei" (the gent making omelets) was so incredibly kind and sweet to the kids--and makes a killer omelet! The facility is definitely old but is plenty comfy for the space you can get for the price (particularly for families or if you are accustomed to western sized rooms), and I appreciated the wee kitchenette! There is an izakaya practically in the parking lot, which was nice for evening meals, and a decent combini across the street for anything else. I will say that we had a view of the pool, and though it was closed for the season, it looked tiny, and like it hadn't been cleaned or maintained in YEARS. Jurassic years. Still, the beach is across the street... :) **There are no ice machines in this hotel as of our visit. I found that a bit odd. And inconvenient.

A few minor upgrades to the facility could do a lot for it. BW is now blocking the view, so maybe tidying the pool, and reopening the BBQ/green space out back would be a draw. It looked potentially fun, out back, just not maintained at all.

Its an old structure. Poor enterance and its not sea facing exactly. Pictures are misguiding. Not value for money. Quite far from main city
