The size of the room. The layout, and balcony. IT was a great room.

Tried to take a bath but water never got hot enough. Also, need was very hard. Did not sleep well.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. Staying there for a week it was nice to see familiar faces!1 bedroom suite very spacious and comfy. Love the breakfast and Happy Hour times!Location is perfect - close enough to restaurants/shopping, without having to be directly in.Free laundry room + detergent was very helpful!

The bathroom is very slippery - they give you warning but even being careful I did slip and fall. We laid out an additional towel for my daughter so she wouldn't fall.Kitchen area good, but would like soap/dish sponge.

Rooms were spacious. View from 7th floor restaurant (breakfast and club service) was nice.

Very slow process at check-in compared to other places I've stayed in Okinawa.Breakfast portions were quite small, with only one main course allowed and a buffet section offering limited variety.Location was near American village, but need to walk about 15 mins to the center.The room lighting was q bit dark with a balcony view of the parking lot.Overall, given the price paid, it was not good value for money.

Very modern, overlooking the sea, in the American neighborhood of Okinawa. Good breakfast, small gym. Very comfortable and spacious rooms

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The special toiletries and the Nespresso coffee maker was a pleased bonus in the room. The hotel has an amazing breakfast with amazing views of the ocean.

I wish the gym was opened a lot earlier and the pool stayed open a lot later.

Fantastic room, amazing service, great locations. The club service is really good for value, the pool was excellent. We really enjoyed the days here, we had a car and did good trips from the hotel. We had a small incident leaving one of our luggage in the room. The staff did everything, and we got the bag at the airport right before our departure. I was really impressed the way it was elegantly managed.

The beds and pillows were exceptional. I had the best sleep in months there. Location is great. Its not in the center of the American village and close enough to not make it a long walk. Breakfast beat our expectations.

For dinner they could of had a main selection as they did for breakfast.

The breakfast selection was good, with a combination of a cooked food choice from a menu and buffet food with fresh fruits and vegetables. The dining area was very pleasant, with high ceiling and a nice harbour and sea view.

The breakfast, tea, social hour meal times were great! Beautiful pool location. And Saturday had lovely music throughout the day. The staff was so kind to our baby!

The beds were pretty hard. We luckily had our own pillows.

Most beautiful hotel. Close to amenities, far enough away that it was quiet. The staff are amazing and I would highly recommend booking club access.

Very friendly service, the rooms are really nice. We had an issue with booking two different level rooms and they both looked on to the carpark and it was rectified quickly and both were upgraded. Lesson - if you don’t want a carpark view, book the sea view room.Gym was small but functional and never busy. The club service was so great, nice breakfast every day, afternoon tea, wine and nibbles 4-6pm. Much better than we expected.

The carpark interrupts the ocean view and harbour view rooms so it’s an overstatement to suggest that’s what the view is from those rooms. It’s little bit surrounded by concrete, but they make up for it with nice service, rooms..The pool was freezing. It is such a shame.

Conveniently located right across the wedding venue I was attending to so the location is great. All the design was pretty and detailed. Like the atmosphere. Furnitures were comfy.

The drive way into hotel was not obvious. I missed the entrance the first time and had to drive around the block (it’s one lane one way street) to come back to it. But it’s rather minor. Perhaps consider making a more obvious sign.

Overall,everything is great, the location,the staff. We had a really great time there. Especially for the breakfast, it was quite beyond our expectations.would recommend to our friends who visit Okinawa sometime.

The bed is a little bit hard.

The hotel was in a great location! The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious!

I was very unhappy that the hotel would not let my son visit me at the hotel. My son lives in the area and I was there visiting him. My room had a kitchenette with dining table and living room and I was hoping that we could spend some time together in my room.

Excellent breakfast, generous provision of FREE! afternoon tea nibbles and alcoholic beverages, beautiful room with a big bath, spotlessly clean and with staff who were all delightful and very attentive.

The issue is the location because you have to drive to a decent beach but you can use the sister hotel at Moon Beach twenty minutes away, which has an excellent private beach - for free.

Great new hotel right beside the American Village. Walking distance from many restaurants and coffee shops. Huge bedroom. Beautiful infinity pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Go to their sister hotel at Moon Beach were you have free access to a beautiful private beach and swimming pool. You can catch the public bus bus very easily to Moon Beach.

1. Big rooms, comfortable, clean and stylish2. We liked the Jazz band that played on one evening.

1. Breakfast was only till 10:00 am. Too shsoet for someone on vacation with a toddler; 2. Swimming pool was a bit small.

Conveniently located near the American Village. Lots of access to restaurants and pubs.

The best hotel we have stayed in and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! It is such a beautiful hotel, from the lobby to the amazing plants running through the courtyard! The rooftop pool was beautiful with plenty of space as always quiet. The suite was clean, comfortable and spacious with great views. The Club Lounge access was also good. The best thing though was the staff and the level of service. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming with a special mention to Steve who went above and beyond to make our stay so special.
