Is self check in, everything is automated. No attendant in case if I need anything. Fortunately everything is fine for me.

Our first room smelled really bad like moldy/damp. I reached out to customer service and they checked the room. We were given a new room on another floor. I’ve read on previous review guest had the same issue. This should be addressed if it’s the same room or same issue. We had to pack all our things and move it. We traveled with little ones so it was a bit inconvenient. Also, fire alarm went off the first night we were there. We had to evacuate our kids late at night who were already asleep.

Loved the pool & everything was very clean

Parking was cramped; especially pulling in and back up into the space. Also, as you pulled in it was a little rough—hard on the car.

The restaurant on the first floor could have better costumer service.

The room was a good size actually quite large, one bed room with two beds and two beds in lounge but also had enough space for a couple of couches etc, and having two bathrooms and a seperate toilet was really handy. Walking distance to America town which had lots of restaurants to choose from.

Cant store your bags anywhere if you arrive early or leaving later, this was a deal breaker for me as we arrived 2.5hrs before check in and had to leave 4 hours after check out. Also no staff at the hotel so had to communicate via email which cause a 30-40min delay in response. There is a cleaning room which is quite large behind the reception desk, why could we not leave bags there? we left our behind the reception desk on arrival. Lucky Japan is safe. No jug, had a hot water tap but did not get hot enough so had to boil water. Roof top pool is like an ice bath, was hoping we could relax by the pool while kids swam, even they couldn't handle and kids dont normally feel the cold :(The room also had a large desk but no furniture so couldn't use which was a shame.

Apartment was very large and great space for family with 2 teenage kids. Walkable distance to American Village. Parking space for car. Great Japanese restaurant down stairs. More city style area, not the tropical location we thought it was going to be.

It was the one of the most comfortable stay we ever had super clean and super comfortable its a best option for people with small kids

Only the check in was super difficult with a kids waiting and very tired after the flight it took almost one hour even though we did already online to avoid hassle

The apartment was a short walk from the building, and it was quiet.

I didn’t like that there was no one in person to tell me I wasn’t in the building, and was at the annex - the self check in/out kiosk made no mention of it, so I was wandering around trying to find someone to help. The kiosk call service was also useless.

Spacious condo suite good for 4 pax.1 room is a little small, but the living room is huge with 2 beds, sofas, and tatami. Would recommend it. The izakaya below the condo is a bonus.

Nice apartment with sufficient rooms for a large family. Short drive away to American Village.

Only 1 toilet in the whole apartment. Need to climb stairs to level 2 where the apartment is on, which can be tough with heavy luggage. Nothing much in the vicinity.

Great location, perfect view of Chatan. Everything is within walking distance. Restaurant on the 1st floor and bar on 10th floor was convenient and good. Clean room overall!

Pillows…every bed pillow was extremely hard and uncomfortable! Sometime, in the main bedroom, a strong sewage odor would emit.

Very convenient to stay in Okinawa. The host will not appear and only contact with you by internet. Clean hotel and large space, very good kitchen and good washing machine.

Spacious and with everything you need. Two bathrooms in the apartment which is awesome with a big group of people staying. Washing machine is life saver as it comes with dryer. Self check in is smooth and easy and there is pool and restaurant in the building.

Not so near to American Village but Walkable distance.

Beds were a bit stiff

I did not see one person asking as hotel staff or running the front desk. I saw people managing the restaurant, which was not helpful for my questions during my stay.

I did not like that the tablet checkin/checkout was mandatory. I prefer a person at the front desk during check-in and check-out. Maybe have the tablet as an optional choice.

Great property with a really good restaurant on the first floor.

The description and photos of the layout are misleading, there is only one bedroom. It also wasn't as clean as we'd have liked, but when we contacted them they had cleaners come and do a better clean.

We liked the modern, clean feel of the facilities and rooms. The pool bar was very convenient and K (the bartender) was very friendly. Although not in American village, we were very close to that area. The check-in/checkout procedure was a new experience having no staff there. It was all on a tablet but was self-explanatory and easy to do.

Although we had an issue with one of the hot water heaters in our room., it did not detract from our stay. The ensuite shower never seemed to consistently provide hot water. The drawback of not having any staff on property, is that we were not sure how to resolve the problem. The other bathroom and kitchen had no issues.
