Location beach front and easy access to the main points in Onna.

The hotel is a bit old and requires some modernization, although the room I stayed has been recently renovated.

Nice clean room with a nice view. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Nice beach.

The rigid hours in the restaurants. Breakfast ended at 9 on the dot, even on weekends.

We had an amazing experience at Moon Beach! We really enjoyed walking around the hotel which has a cool relaxed retro 70s/80s vibe, plus beautiful views of the ocean, and 2 swimming pools. The buffet dinners and morning breakfasts were nice too with decent selections offered. We rented a car and drove up from Naha, which made it very easy to get to other parts of Okinawa. Plenty of on-site parking at a reasonable price too.

Overall nice hotel. Beautiful view of the ocean and area to swim on the beach. Our room was comfortable. The greenery in the hotel was beautiful. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food.

Very limited seating at the outside pool especially for the size of the hotel. It would be a good investment to upgrade loungers especially on the beach.

This hotel definitely had its pro’s but also a lot of con’s. The private beach was great, clean, only hotel guests, and very beautiful between the rock formations! Nice pools, clean rooms and nice staff.

What we didn’t like was that the hotel rules and facilities made it soo not lively, that’s the only way I can describe it, in the evenings. From 6pm you are not allowed in the outdoor pool or sea because the lifeguards went home. Only the 1 indoor outdoor pool was accessible. Plus you were not allowed to do anything that was remotely unsafe in their eyes. (E.g. there where platforms on the water in the sea, you were not allowed to jump of of it this is just one small example). I get that things might be unsafe sometimes, but we felt they often exaggerated and all the rules were pretty annoying after a while. Also no beach bars to get a drink, no beach service for snacks and or drinks, in the evening nothing to have a coffee or a drink. So after 9-10pm you could only just go to sleep. Food was ok, but every other day exactly the same (at least for lunch and breakfast), so you got tired of eating the same thing over and over again every day. Everything you wanted to do came with extra fees, e.g. beach towels, beach chairs, activities, etc. The hotel is not the cheapest so at least the beachtowels and chairs could have been included. The hotel itself was kind of pretty, but outdated.

There is no air conditioning inside the hotel, it’s an open air complex so the humidity outside of the room was very high and it was very hot.The hotel is very old, the room furniture is old and cracked, the sofa was tiny and hard to seat on.

The pools and beach were lovely. The restaurant was very good.

The lack of correct number keys for the rooms. Our second room had a leak from the air conditioner. After it was fixed there was an awful smell in the room. 1019

The location wonderful - beachfront with direct access to the sea. However the property itself is sadly quite old and rundown. We liked our stay but don’t expect too much. It is a very old building with old facilities and fixtures.

In general, I think it’s time for an upgrade. The property has an amazing location so it is sad to see the hotel’s condition. Don’t get me wrong, it is decent. But just so so much more potential because of the location and land the property is on. We also did not like the fact that the pool closed so early. Lastly, I feel they should have an adults-only pool and a kids pool separately. The staff also did not look too happy there which made me feel a bit sad whenever I interacted with them.

The beach and the hotel are very beautiful. The hotel has a nice design and curated spaces. It's also well located, close to great local restaurants and the bus stop. The onsen is also great.

There is no service at the beach or swimming pool, you gotta go to the store and purchase your own things, drinks, snacks, etc. It was not too bad anyways.

This hotel was built in 1975 and it feels like you’re stepping in to an exceptionally preserved mid century modern time capsule. It is beautiful! The atrium is truly stunning and both pools are beautiful. The shower/tub were also a highlight for us.

The beds are very hard and uncomfortable and the beach could use some grooming.

1. The BBQ restaurant is not too worthy, and their buffet is good but somehow the cooking fumes is too strong and not properly ventilated.2. The Staff's English ability is poor but on the website they said they offer English service.3. The tattoo ban was not mentioned on the website.

Beautiful views everywhere and the pool was slightly heated so it felt great against the cold breeze.

The beds could have been more comfortable since they were a little stiff but it wasn’t terrible.

I like that the ticket for free breakfast can be used to lunch instead. We are not really into breakfast, so having it use to lunch instead was fantastic. The staff were so nice and friendly. Its nice that they offer 2 sets of slippers, 1 for outdoor use and 1 for indoor use. The location was also perfect because its really close to restaurants and convenience store.

Maybe provide more pillows and amenities. We booked for 3 poeple and they gave us amenities for 2 people only. The crablegs maybe needs a little more steaming to keep it warm.

Good location. Nice beach outside. Most of the staff were friendly.

Amenities. All you can eat buffet - over cooked salmon, repeat food, price. Bed was super hard and gave us back pain.
