Mercure Okinawa Naha

Booking.com said there was a river side balcony room which I booked. Did not exist. Only city side had balconies and it was noisy starting at 4 AM.

Breakfast was excellent. Nice central location with easy access to the train. Within walking distance of several fun areas of the city

Moped racers in the evening, but that's more an okinawan problem than the hotels.

Location and laundry option was very good.

The headboard of the bed had significant scratches on it. The wall had lots of marks and scratches on it. The floor had not been vacuumed.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of choices. It was a good way to start the day before heading out and about. The Rui rail and park are also very close to the hotel. Great location.

The hotel is very close of monorail station, easy to go to airport and touristic places. The bed was very comfortable, and the room spacious.

They didn’t offered skin care set.

Location was great, just outside Tsubogawa station. Hotel was very clean.

Room was smaller than it looked in photos.

The hotel’s location is good as just next to the MRT station which is good for the tourists who are not drives in Okinawa.

Cost expensively

The room size was quite good, the beds were comfortable and needed amenities were provided. This included two power-adapters which we were able to borrow from the reception. We especially liked the location, being next to a convenience store and just across the "Yui-rail" station "Tsubogawa". It is also just a good 15-minute walk away from the Naha Bus Station and just 5 walking minutes from a nice park.

When we checked.in, there were still some hairs to be found at the bathroom. Renting a beach towel did costs 300Yen per towel.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the rail station, convenience store and Don Quijote. They had a nice, tasty selection of buffet items.

Is just right in front of a train station so really easy to go anywhere

Is a almost city area hotel but not much facilities like pool or gym etc

Rooms were a little bit to small but overall is very good. Breakfast was great. Staff speaks good English and very helpful.

Room was a little bit too small and the parking fee 1000¥ per night was a little too expensive.

Location with parking lot available. Near to monorail station. Several eateries and convenience stores around the hotel within walking distance. Petrol station right behind the hotel. Good view of river and Naha town. Water and ice dispenser available on almost every floor. Lifts are very efficient and little time wasted waiting. Luggage storage at front office. Easy check-in and check-out. Staff able to speak English.

Limited choices for breakfast buffet. Front office waiting area could be larger.

location is perfect, front desk staff were nice

First, some foreign guests (I am a foreigner too and I know how rude or lack of care about others some such foreigners can be...) were very loud in the public space even in the evening and early morning...the hotel should make a notice to ask all guests to keep quiet...this is now a more common issue with many Japanese hotels as more and more foreign tourists come to the country but many of them don't behave...Japan as a whole will unfortunately suffer as a result of this, not much a hotel can do but I suggest the hotel can put on notice just like some Japanese trains and buses put on a notice in foreign languages to ask tourists respect Japanese way of life --- after all, respect for each other (such as being quiet in public space) is one of the most important attractions of Japan as a great country to visit...Second, some cleaning staff (looks like foreign workers) were cold and did not greet the guests as Japanese staff normally would do...besides, the cleaning job was not done properly, I have travelled to Japan over many years and have noticed the decline of the quality of services unfortunately...this hotel is not an exception...but hope they can address the above

The location was very good, right beside the monorail station. Very convenient to go to the airport.

The restaurant was only opened for breakfast for both buffet and takeout from 6:30am. When we needed to leave the hotel at 6:15am to catch our flight, we requested from the front desk if we can collect the takeout at 6:15am a night before. But the staff insisted that the restaurant is only opened at 6:30am and I did not see any attempt to help resolve the issue. We just have to gave up the breakfast which we have paid for.

Close by to the train station which is very convenient. Comfortable for us as we need to take a morning flight.

It was a very small room with super basic amenities. The fridge was not switched on when we arrived, we had to seek the hotel's help to switch on the fridge. Also quite a distance from the kokusai dori street

Great location, near the light rail station and a short ride from the airport. Lovely view, even my room didn’t face the prime direction. Room was meticulously clean. Highly professional & friendly front desk and breakfast staff. Great breakfast and nice dining hall. Great selection of beverage in the vending machine. Great environmental effort can be seen in one-time amenities and their drinkable tap water.

Nice pajamas, but the laundry detergent or bleach used on the pajamas or sheets was probably pretty harsh so my skin was sensitive to them.

Good location near monorail station. Quick connection to Naha aitport. Good for short stop-over (waiting for next flight).

Basic hotel, not very interesting to spend there a lot of time (i.e. to be on holidays).
