Big rooms. We appreciated the layout of the bathroom and the plentiful amenities.

Beds are hard and only 1 flat pillow. If improved mattresses and offered two pillow per person the room would be a 10+

Superb Onsen. Great location, cleanliness and hospitality by offering complimentary ice pops, drinks and candy at the hotel lobby.

Rooftop swimming pool isn’t free of charge.

Breakfast was amazing. The size of our room was fantastic. I loved the foot bath and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The highlight for me was the breakfast buffet.

The mattresses were a too hard for my taste and comfort.

Great location for the American Village, good sized room, great public onsen, great pool area (but pay extra), helpful staff with booking buses to the aquarium and airport transfers, bus stop right out from of hotel for those places too. Lawson’s in the lobby was very handy as well. Laundry facilities.

The location was the reason for our booking. The spa was a nice convenience. The room was spacious.

The pools advertised are not for hotel guests. You have to pay extra!!! It is the strangest thing I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We stayed at some amazing hotels on our trip. The quality of this hotel does not match the cost. It was the most expensive stay with the least amount of quality and amenities. The only reason they can ask for this price is because of the location. we also paid for an extra guest and they put in a third bed for us unfortunately, it was a very small bed, so it was not the most comfortable. The room was plenty big enough for a better size bed. It was a bit of a disappointment. Also, each bed only received one pillow. The quality of the linens were not the best, probably the least comfortable beds out of all of our stays on this trip.

This was a great hotel. Larger room and location great. Loved the Public Bath in the hotel.

We loved the breakfast, always looked forward to it.

No way to stream on the tv or at least have English subtitles, since there were no English speaking channels. Have to pay to use the pool that no one seemed to be using.

Amazing experience. Had many things to do near the hotel and the hotel services were amazing. Laundry, vending machine, breakfast, lawson downstairs, free lemonade downstairs, bus to airport, pool, onsen, bar, etc. Highly recommend and really take advantage of the services.

All rooms and facilities were very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was able to use the pool and onsen even with tattoos which was a bonus ?

Breakfast is excellent. Plenty and variety of foods. Great location in the center of American Village. Great service from staff. Room is clean and spacious. Nice.

Only thing I didn’t like was the flat pillows. They didn’t make for a comfortable nights sleep but I made it work. I had two twin beds in my room.

Great location in America Village. Park pass was included once we checked in. The room was nice and spacious. The pool on the 8th floor was amazing! The elevated hot tub was a very cool feature! 10/10 for the pool set up. The breakfast was also delicious. We will definitely visit Lequ again in the future. Thanks for a great stay

Location was perfect. Within walking distance of American Village. Hotel onsen was complimentary, and my partner enjoyed that. Hotel room was pretty spacious, and the view to the outside balcony was very nice.

Two things: 1- You have to pay for pool access, even as a hotel guest.2- The "ocean view room" that I got had a Hilton Hotel blocking the view of the ocean. Not the hotel's fault, but something to keep in mind.
