Customer Service. I got too early tired. I ask if I can check-in early. guy worker got mad at me and was not nice. I had to carry my luggage around to find coin locker wait til 3pm. Got back at 2:50pm wait outside 15 min. TV was not working no couch.

I really liked this was an apartment style. The only thing is that my daughter was too big for the extra futon and the floor was too hard to sleep with futon. We needed an extra bed. But we enjoyed our staying and would book again if we go Okinawa.

Self check in was awful! There was no wifi at the one small tablet to use in order to get the info needed to check in. There was no pre check in so we each had to stand in line to provide our info. The codes did not work and we had to wait another 15 mins for remote support to reset the whole stupid process. Worst check in we've experienced.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL

These guys have no desire to understand the feedback. THERE ARE BED BUGS IN THE MATTRESS, NEVER USE THIS HOTEL, THE HOTEL OWNER IS A CHEAPSKATE WHO IS UNABLE TO SIMPLY REPLACE THE MATTRESS WITH A NEW ONE, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Great little kitchen, wonderful location, large space. Actually prettier than in the photos.

Parking is a little difficult but the property was clean and well located to key areas around Camp Foster and Kadena AFB. Close to Sunabe and plenty of food options.

The doors were locked to access the futons that my children used.

Booking said 1 bed 1 futon. There was no futon. Had to book another hotel for the 2nd person.

The worst parking space I ever had.When every spot was occupied its hard to park out as its very small.Bathroom floor is very slipperyIts not allowed to smoke on the balcony but we new that before as its a non smoking propertyWould be nice if there was a spot where you can buy washing tabs for one laundry. We had to buy a big pack as single tabs are nowhere to be found.

Easy check-in process and rooms were quiet.

The bedding was of very low quality, the pillows were so used and flat. The room seem to be more suitable for just one guest (only one stool).

The main reason to book this accomodation was the location, so the location did not disappoint.

There was a strong smell of sewage in the room. I told the staff about this and they offered to give me a room spray with no apology or further explanation/solution. I hoped they would help but they did not.

SCAM HOTEL!!!

the photos are scam!! we requested 4 beds and when we arrived they only had 2 beds and 2 futons and the futons are thin asf and it hurts our body. we requested for a refund but they didn’t give us our money back so we didnt had a choice to find another hotel. We also asked for more towels but we have to pay ¥1,000 for each towel lol. Also the dryer wasnt working and the closet they put a sign that customer are not allowed to use lol. This place was horrible. PLS DONT FALL FOR THE PICTURES. it was ugly in person!!

It was very quiet on the road. Nice to get around. Not too far from the American village. Bathroom was clean.

Lots of ants in the room. You cannot leave out anything cause they will attack. The Wifi didn't work most of the time. It was really hard to get in since there was no one at reception just a tablet to check in through but you will need to have internet to be able to access the QR code and pay. I booked a twin room but ended up with a double bed, but a small size double which was really awkward since I was travelling with my male coworker. Not a pleasant experience.

Good value for money, located close to many eaterys.

Dryer wasnt working at time of stay, no broom or anything to sweep up as it was wooden floor.

10 am check out is a bit early. It’s good if at least 11 am check out.

This was a very basic stay. The beds were comfortable, and the a/c worked. The internet was fast, and it was a pretty quiet building. We stayed two days there, and that was fine. I wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer, though, since it was a very small space.

The building access was easy in theory, but we had a little bit of trouble. When we were there to check in, there was a little bit of an issue, but the call button worked right away, and we were able to speak with someone who fixed the issue then and there. So that was good. The next day when we left and came back to the building, the door code we had used the day before wasn't working. Again, we used the help phone, and again someone answered in English right away. Apparently the door code had changed, and we weren't notified, so they were able to help us. It was a minor inconvenience, but made easier by the quick response.

Good place near Sunabe wall and walking distance to American village with all restaurants and shopping areas. Big super market not far, unfortunately 24H convenience shop is pretty far away.

1) No hangers in the closet! We had to buy our own hangers or just leave clothes of the floor as there were no where to hang it on. No hooks, no hangers. 2) no hooks for towels in the bathroom neither. No where to hang wet towels after shower. 3) washing machine in the room, but drying machine was broken and we had to walk to coin laundry every 2 days. 4) even that room had a kitchen, but NO utensils at all! No fork, knife, spoon or cutting board. There is a kettle but NO cups so you can boil water but can't drink tea or coffee. 5) the fridge and air conditioner work like a rocket engine with all the sound and vibrations. We had to switch it all at night or we couldn't sleep at all. 6) Even that room has BIG TV it doesn't have any ports: no HDMI! Only Japanese tv without any ways to connect Amazon stick or Google Chrome cast. Absolutely useless piece of equipment.

We had a great stay at Mango. Facilities are nice amd new. It’s a short distance from American Village and Ahara beach.
