The room (Annex building) on level 2 was huge and comfortable. Location is very good, near to Aquarium, and nearby has convenience stall within walking distance.

Spacious room, Great breakfast, close to convenience store, beach and ocean expo park. The AC started dripping water in our last afternoon. The staff changed our room with no problem.

The staff was great, the location was convenient, and beautiful beach.

Strict beach rules. The opening and closing of the beach weren't early or late enough. 9am-6pm. Can't watch the sunrise or the sunset. The designated swimming is too small, no snorkeling or diving masks.

A little run down

The hotel has a few positive aspects, such as its excellent location — just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the aquarium. However, unfortunately, the overall experience was not as great.The first and probably the main downside is the dust, which is everywhere. We wanted to play table tennis, but the musty, dusty smell in the game room made us reconsider. The second issue is the dirty windows. Despite the great view, the windows haven’t been cleaned in what seems like a year. Additionally, opening the window is tricky since it only opens a small gap, and the mechanism is so unreliable that you have to be cautious not to damage it.The third downside is the level of English spoken by the staff. None of them spoke English fluently, and when we asked a more specific question, they seemed lost and couldn’t assist us. The fourth issue concerns housekeeping: we were told that cleaning would happen on the third night, but it actually occurred on the second night when our room was full of personal belongings, money, and underwear. In other hotels, they leave a note saying cleaning couldn’t be done due to open personal items in the room, but this was not the case here.Moreover, the room’s decor is stuck in the 2000s, and it’s clear that the building is in need of cosmetic repairs. Another downside is the lack of an elevator, meaning you’ll have to carry your luggage up the stairs, so be prepared for that, especially if your room is on the upper floors.Overall, the hotel leaves mixed impressions, and for a more comfortable stay, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and infrastructure.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children (below 6 yo) had a great time at the hotel. It was conveniently located within the Ocean Expo Park giving us access to the Churaumi Aquarium and other attractions. It was also easy to get to the hotel via the Airport Limousine or Yanbaru 888. The facilities were adequate (coin laundry, microwave, vending machines) and well-maintained rooms. The hotel was very kids friendly with a dedicated play area and a hotel stamping game!

The room was spacious and the staff were helpful. Express bus stop to Naha right outside the hotel.

The booking.com information was misleading and contradictory. The pool was closed and the arrangement for a pool advertised with the sister hotel was not available. There was no choice of eating arrangements in the hotel. It was the restuarant buffet or nothing. No real local options.The expo park is one big sprawling tired tourist trap. The cramped sea animal tanks/ enclosures emphasised why we should not be containing these creatures in 2025!

Had amazing views of the beach and ocean. Staff were friendly. Room was spacious and equipped with. A few minutes walk from the nearby aquarium and Lawsons. Has a bus stop directly on the property that goes to the airport.

The property location is very close to Churaumi Aquarium. (2-3 mins) Our room is one the first floor and very near swimming pool. It’s so nice. The bed is good. The amenities are at the front. Our staff that checked us in can barely speak English. But that okay, the check-in and check-out process is quite simple and fast. By the way, i saw one of the staff made a curious (with one eyebrow lifted) to one of our family. And that’s quite unusual to me. (I forgot to take picture of our room but it’s similar to hotel pictures)

Hotel was conveniently located right next to the aquarium so we could just walk over within 5 minutes after breakfast. Breakfast was also a very good spread, and well facilitated by attentive staff.Staff were patient and helpful and also tried to explain things when I asked questions. There's a Lawsons right next door if you need snacks. Room waa clean and had a great view

Decor is a little dated but that's not critical.

There was visible black mold throughout our room and restroom. The blankets and pillows under the duvet and pillow cases were stained a dark yellow. The carpet in the hallways was dirty and smelled of cigarettes. I was shocked at how dirty, disgusting and rundown the entire facility was.

The hotel is dated with tired interior. No coffee in the room. However, it was pleasant enough that I would definitely return in the future.

The location and access to Emerald beach and convenience if bus service from the hotel. And view from the room as well as lobby were great ...also a comfy size room. staff is helpful, though language is a bit of a challenge.

The AC in my room was leaking water on the sofa throughout and even after informing reception and they asked for permission to enter the room, the same was not resolved. 2. Some access to basic food, snacks and drink would be helpful outside of breakfast time. The cafe/restaurant was mostly closed during the 24 hours I spent and reception just said to go to the street cafes across the road or the near by Orion hotel

Alright, so I liked the location with a toddler however it's far from everything else. If you've got a car, that's no biggy. It's really close to the aquarium and Emerald beach indeed, which is convenient. Even though they indicate they dont have baby beds, they do and if not available they can give you a safety net to prevent falling off the bed.

Unfortunately while the rooms where comfortable and the breakfast was nice, also the staff were too I cannot go any higher than 5 on the ratings, because: Their restaurant was bearly open, which caused us LOT of inconvenience with our toddler. The wifi often didn't work, they don't have elevator (okey, they kind of do for the staff to elevate guest's baggages), when I asked where are all the outside mattresses from the beds they first told me they don't pull it out because of the typhoon, then because of the change of owners. Pictures are misleading then.
