Capital O 92096 Kuala Ulee Lheue Residence Syariah

The location was good, plus the room did have basic things that I expected (bed, shower, table)

I think it was a person at the reception desk who was watching videos and laughing all night long. The sound insulation is not good so you can hear everything and it disturbed my sleep.

Easy to find place to eat.

The room floor need to mob..the glasses need.to clean. The toilet bawl need to clean.

I put 3 only because the lady at the reception was very nice to me and did her best to make me feel comfortable

Don't expect to have white bedding like in the photos, where is the director of this hotel? They collect the money from customers but do nothing to improve the place, the lady was very kind and changed my sheets I could feel them they were washed but all dirty, stained with food or blood, I feel sorry for the hotel staff who do their best, it is not up to them to buy new sheets and new towels for customers. In addition, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell due to humidity and poor water evacuation

Friendly staff, nearby supermarket & eateries, around 15 minutes to jetty by car

Moderate cleanliness, no shampoo/body shower,

A bit of quite place from the center of city, good residential area nearby

If there is a lift service, especially for senior citizen

Nice place, easy to find food, best staff service, clean n comfy bed n toilet

Good location. Clean. Kind staff. Common Fridge. Good WiFi

No toilet paper. No soap or shampoo.

It's clean and worthy the money. No much to complain.

No lift or elevator for 2nd floor. Not adolescents friendly. No hanger in wardrobes. No heat water at the time I stayed.

AC, Hot shower, comfortable bed

Guys at the reception were kinda lazy and not really caring, like I didnt really feel a customer.

The staff doesn't speak English. With google translate it was possible to communicate. They were very friendly and helpful. They tried their best.

The beds had dirty sheets. We booked 2 rooms and in both rooms beds were not clean. We were too surprised to make comments about this to the staff, it was our first night in Sumatra. We should have told the staff about this.

Located very close to eateries area , may it be fastfood or local cafe.

No lift

Staff were very helpful
