Ayani Hotel Banda Aceh

Reasonable choice for breakfast, friendly staff, clean room, quiet location as it is the end of the road, security is good as it's beside military office. It's close to city centre.

Spotlights outside my bedroom, thus my bedroom is not dark at night

We only stayed one night so we could catch the early morning ferry. The room was clean but sparse. Bathroom was clean as well and everything functioned as it should. Breakfast was included in the price and was buffet style with mostly local Indonesian foods, as expected. Staff was nice and helpful with limited English. We had a dinner at the restaurant, ordered local dishes. It was very good and very inexpensive. This is a very conservative Muslim area and conservative dress for women is recommended.

Room was fair size and clean, but very dated and very sparsely furnished.

I had a nice stay! the room a bit humid, but it's ok, worth the price. Nice bed, pillows, I slept well.

nothing!

Spotless and spacious room, great onsite restraint and very friendly staff.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast. decent location

Great location, excellent staff, great food, clean and comfortable.

Great location and friendly staff

The bed sheets smells. It seems it needed to be wash properly or might be the mattress. Mattress and pillow need to be change.

Modern and clean hotel; good location in the city. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet with lots of choice (also for western tourists). Room super clean with a very good bed and pillows. Good working air conditioning. Bathroom everything in order. Book a room with a window with a view outside. Price/quality very good. Deserve 4 stars

Good breakfast, try to avoid room without windows, feels a bit claustrophobic

Very attentive and professional employees who organized the transfers for me. Everything well organized,I had a comfortable standard room.Good breakfast buffet . I felt very welcomed here. The friendly hotel manager came up to me to ask me if everything is ok .

The room was a bit smelly. (Smoke) There was an event going on and it was a bit noisy until midnight.

-the room was clean everyday-large bed and very comfy-near souvenir shop -easy access for grab

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to food and gift shops. Near to many tourist spots. Reasonable choices for breakfast

Love everything. Breakfast was superb. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable (I like the harder type of mattress. If you like the soft ones, you probably won't like it.) Location was great. Lots of food and market around. Worth the price paid for the stay.

Very good location for enjoying the city. Helpfull staff. Nice restaurant with tasty meals. Very good breakfast.?

Just the AC in the resto - It was freezing cold.?

Room is big, clean and cozy. Location is very close to center.

Parking area is so few

The hotel's central location was a major plus, surrounded by several cafes and restaurants.

Breakfast options were fairly average, with limited choice, and particularly lacking in European cuisine. The lack of a baby cot was a drawback for us, it is strange that such a large hotel does not have one. The lack of basic amenities such as shampoo and soap in the bathroom was an inconvenience.

Clean, comfortable and good value for money.Modern.Friendly staff.

Nothing ?

the breakfast = great!! room = just nice not great but nicelocation = great near by the pasar aceh and souvenir store.

there's construction in front of the hotel during my staythe room a bit small from expectation

location excellence Breakfast more choices

Not provides Hair Dryer Promise to send room but waited whole night no one send should have one hairdryer in the room

The location of the hotel was perfect - around the eateries and easy to find food. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable as I was travelling with a baby and elderly. The hotel is best for short stay - not sure if it is recommended for long stay as the room is a small. For us, it was the perfect size.

The breakfast spread can be improved. The variety was good, quality and taste can be improved. We were here over the weekend and the hotel was fully booked. Suggest for guest to come down for breakfast early as seats are limited in the restaurant.
