- The room was beautiful, just ment for couples. A little awkward since I was traveling with my teenage son to have a vibrator and condoms in the room. But other then that the place was fantastic! Huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub and sauna. I even got breakfast and dinner each day. Breakfast was interesting cabbage salad with a scoop of potato salad with two croissants. Dinner was great with a big menu to choose from.

Absolutely beautiful room property and great value for money.
Unfortunately the location is bad you cannot get there without a taxi. I was stranded for 2 hours trying to find someone to call me a taxi because I couldn’t walk back as it’s on a main road and google maps was telling me to walk on it. It was also night and I was super tired from walking .Do not do it and try walk on main road it’s very dangerous.

The amenities were absolutely fantastic! The best in Japan. They really had absolutely everything. I even had a massage chair in my room. Also, it’s the only hotel I’ve ever seen that has a karaoke machine inside the room. Very cool hotel! The room service was free and super quick. Really a nice place to stay!

Well, I made a mistake. This was a love hotel. I’m passed that. I told them to waive but not even a letter back. Rude! My money wasn’t waived. Mean spirited and nasty.

The host can be warmer to welcome guests . Staff seems to be seniors without English but it works out At beginning I wish to return the room and head back to Kyoto centre but it was too late 7:30 pm after a long expensive taxi ride in industrial area . For a foreigner this hotel might not be a good choice .
Very lovely accommodations, I had a great bathroom with spa bath and shower with very good pressure, the food was delicious, having It delivered to your room was a bonus there was a bit of road and train noise but not enough to stop me from getting a good night's sleep. The bus stop is only 4 minutes away,, and the convenience store close by, overall a nice place, great value. No English speaking staff but with Google translate there were no issues. Lovely and friendly staff
