my booking.com confirmation did not specify which of two hotels I was booked for. we arrived at West and they gave us a room. while at dinner, the hotel staff informed us we were booked at East. they were very nice and allowed us to stay. the location is breathtaking. the Onsen was lovely. the restaurant was a surprise - it was an amazing buffet. truly a wonderful experience.
there was confusion with the reservation.
