Spacious and clean and intuitively laid out. Great value for the price. The outlet power is fantastic for those in need of the full 100v. And the mochi potato cakes at breakfast were the cherry on top

Convenience to facilities, free breakfast and great amenities ！ onsen was great too

It's the first day trip from Osaka driving to Kamikōchi so we stop by here. Did not expect much since it looks like business hotel and many locals stay here.However, it's very good and reasonable price. Plenty of parking lot.There's mini mart nearby so very convenience for us to have easy dinner and snacks.Also breakfast here is really good. Simple but good.

The room is little compact but still can fit 2 people in one room and can unpack and repack the big suitcase then we have to put the big suitcase back to the car. But it's standard compact for Japanese business hotel not very small. Still good.

Nice new spacious rooms. Nice Onsen 7-11 next door , filling breakfast laundry facilities

Disappointing, old

-When I entered in the room, I was shocked that there’s no cleaning before I checked in. The bed was a mess and dirty. Used towel everywhere in the room. I have to call to the counter to change my room. -the second room that I got after they changed the room for me,very old, rusty. Really spooky I’d have changed my room if I were to come alone.I want stay in hotel route-inn in Fukuoka before and it was really good, room is clean. Everything’s modern breakfast was nice and staff really friendly so this trip I decide to stay with hotel route-inn again with The thought that it would be at least on the same standard but it was really disappointing, I might not choose to stay with this hotel again in the future.

Onsen indoors only and small for this sized hotel. There’s some untapped potential here as outdoors onsen exist in many other hotels.Breakfast takeaway was not available (we have had takeaway breakfast in other hotels for those like us perhaps that don’t want to eat with lots of other people, as in a buffet setting)

Excellent facilities and clean premises. Driving out of the city is a breeze as the hotel is just next to the ETC toll gates.

Bad

Horrible, just horrible.Staffs were so cold. And they refused all of my requests. They never said "yes". Their answers were always "no". Zero hospitality place.

Pretty cramped room, packed at breakfast

I like the location, accessibility and breakfast buffet was good. Plenty of parking available. Friendly staff. We had a great view from our room of the snow covered field and cars.

Breakfast layout was not easily accessible. No bottled water in our rooms. I asked for my room not to be cleaned however it partially was. There were dust on the floor and pillows were too hard and high.

Location - Just out of the highway tollgates
