can get better hotel around Cyberjaya for this price.

The hotel lacks empathy when comes to guests safety and satisfaction. There is apparently lift failure and guests had to walk up. The reception opens only at 9am and the main gate will be locked. incase of emergency, when guests go out, there is no way to return except to wait until 9am. This is how insensitive the lady manager spoke to me over the phone. She put doen the phone when I confronted her for this unsafe policy. Her reply was " selalunya orang akan bawa fon bila keluar dari bilik" I rest my case when comes to unbecoming attitude of hotel manager.

The only things i like are the location

I chose this hotel because I often travel to Cyber for work and wanted to try a new place with good ratings. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had among the nearby hotels.The staff had difficulty understanding my requests, and unlike other hotels in the area, this one didn’t provide parking (which was not a big issue for me). When I checked in, there was no water as they said the room above was being cleaned. The main light in my room kept blinking, and even after I clearly asked to change rooms, the staff didn’t reassure me or communicate properly. They only said it would be fixed soon, which made things more difficult since I was in a rush.The doorbell didn’t work, and the TV was hard to use. I’m not the type who likes to complain, but for the price I paid, I would rather stay at a nearby hotel that’s cheaper with a similar experience—or slightly more expensive but much better.

The walkway entrance from the corridor was not accessible from the parking lot. A few additional steps are required.

The room was clean, the Bathroom as well, but both twin bed sheets were not very clean, one had hair from a previous guest I guess. There is a floor issue where you really have to mind your steps once you enter the room, so annoying and not safe. From very early morning, you can hear the room service cleaners cleaning other rooms. No soundproof walls!

All the light is very white..so i cant sleep and when i close all the light room is very dark..i think need change the setting at least one light for switch onI'm not happy with the toilet..my expectations of my room with a balcony but i got the back window and pls check ur door toilet there is sharp metal nearly the handle door Thank you ya

Prefect location since next to shopping mall and surrounded by many restaurants. The room was clean and big enough. Air-conditioner work well and got various TV channels. Value of money.

Staff very friendly

The parking is too expensive… guest needs to pay each time out from the parking. For one night stay also not good for the parking.

Plenty of parking space. But bare in mind it is RM8 per day. Better to park outside the hotel area.

TV cannot watch at all. No single channel can be watched!

Different levels between entrance n beds make us almost split down while walking.

that room have its own smell, which my nose cannot tolerate to it.. the smell like old room. not too clean.. the aircond also not too function.

Location and the ease of parking. Plenty eateries. Convenient.

The door lock didn't work, was given a key. Noisy with construction at the back of the building in the middle of the night,which was promptly addressed after a complaint.

Your bathroom - water flow very very slow. It floods everytime you take your bsth.

Your reception - not so friendly.

The family suite with two king bed match my expectations. Television and air conditioner works very well. Room is clean and comfortable

Only there is no shampoo provided and the paper cups use for drink is smelly. Maybe plastic cup is the best choice. Otherwise everything is good to use
