I have seminar there, is was a good Room to stay..comfortable and smell good. Clean and fresh. Easy to walking around to get some food.. But sadly I check out early at 7 am because the Seminar started early in the morning until 1 pm..so we have to check out..We will come again for next staycation

Toilet was not cleaned. if we request then only staffs are coming and cleaning. Towel and bed sheets are not regularly changed. floors are not clean. Smells bad.

The hotel staff was very rude, non supportive.As I booked it “Included Breakfast”, but they don’t have any breakfast table with breakfast selection option or they even don’t have juice, tea, coffee and even water. On the name of breakfast, they simply made a joke and provide small box ot club sandwich / ceaser salad with very poor quality which, I refused to accept and I did my breakfast from outside of the restaurant bear by my own pocket.I simply urge everyone to not to book in this disgusting and 3rd class hotel. :(

Almost everything, they dont have even toilet soap, tissue, shampoo, and other necessary items in the room. They dont even have telephone set, so that we cannot contact the customer service and for any comppalint, we have to go to hotel reception, where they are ready with their excuses.

I like that the hotel is in the mall and easy to find.

The parking inside the mall is quite inconvenient. However, I am satisfied with the valet parking but it should be set at RM10 per entry instead of RM12 for in-house guests (though I realise that the valet parking is under the Mall not hotel). In addition, the valet parking should be made available until 12 noon or 1pm instead of 10am. For the room, if possible, please include a small fridge for storing fruits, etc., and 2 cups instead of 1.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I'm thankful that they're willing to help me improve my experience.

The first room I received was not great. Mildew on the walls and limescale in the toilet. The big bed was two smaller beds pushed together. I contacted the management and they eventually gave me a new room on my last two days of stay. In hindsight, I should have went to them the first day, but no one expected this when booking a hotel. Regardless, I appreciate the hotel management for rectifying my situation.

The hotel is attached with D'Pulze mall. This is very convenient for me to get meals, snacks or even shopping.There is a small park near to the hotel. Very convenient for me to have a morning jog.Car park fare was RM5.00 for hotel guest.

once i entered the room there are bad smell like a wet room.. luckily the window not locked and have ceiling fan.. so i open the window and turn on the fan while i went down to buy some food.. n the smell gone after that..

the hotel refuse to issue invoice for my stay. it have cost my my money because i could not make a claim from my work office when i did not get any invoice.
