Breakfast and room

Pool water was quite dirty with floating leaves, bugs and twigs, coming from the trees surrounding the pool.

I like the friendly and helpful staff 'Betty'. The environment was peaceful with beautiful greenery and the pool area was very relaxing.

I had to change rooms three times. The first was too small, the second (deluxe) had a noisy bathroom door and the third was okey but i found worms in the bathroom.

Breakfast is OK, environment overall is good, booked garden view can't see any garden but just backyard of building.

Toilet shower floor water flooded while showering, the floor cement very sandy, mattress and pillows not comfortable.

The room.

The breakfast buffet selection was very limited, which felt inappropriate for a resort. When I requested for fresh fruits to be replenished, the staff instead removed them entirely. Not worth to buy the room of 4pax with buffet. Would be better to enjoy best breakfast outside and nearby the hotel.

love the pool, my daughter enjoyed the pool. water was clean loved the room and the bathtub. it was the main reason i booked the type of the room.

- i didnt like tat it uses boiler system. cause it took time for the water to get hot and it aso dangerous for kids who use the bathtub, cause water could get reli hot sometimes if they are not careful with the temperature knob. and of course after she used the hot water for the tub, wen we wanted to shower, we didnt hv hot water anymore. - ithink the lighting at the bathroom n dressing area could be improved.

I like the ambiance of being in the middle of a jungle but actually I am in the middle of Cyberjaya. I like the restaurant since it has a busker performance at night while you eat dinner. And the performance is so family-friendly and not too loud. I like their swimming pool that feels like a natural flowing river or quiet stream that is just outside of the room. Great for the kids!

I don't like the lake and how dark and static the water is. I don't feel the lake adds value to the ambiance, and if you room is facing the lake it means you are far away from the restaurant and the lobby. I don't like the arrangement of beds and room - there should be more rooms with many beds since the target market is family, meaning lots of kids, meaning lots of beds!

Decent breakfast selection, but very noisy environment at the room area. Kids were shouting and screaming till 12.28am.

Noisy neighbours. Lighting of the roads at certain sections was pretty dark.

I like almost everything at this place. The suasana is really nice. Really calm. The beds are so comfy. The room so spacious. Great. Luckily the front desk manager name Betty. Give a good serbices. Tq madam.

The aircond not fucntioning. The front desk that i called from 5pm to 10 pm not answering the call. Using room phone and also mobile but no responsed. Luckily around 11 a man staff answering the called and send the technician. But the aircond still not functioning. We have been given a fan. I am ok with but the front desk should always there.

This is our third time staying here. The room is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The mattress is so comfy. Breakfast was good. Looking forward to come again.

my room got many mosquitoes. just open the curtain then cockroach (the fly pig) attack. this is my crazy experience and funny. and the water so slow. super slow.

Environment was good, the breakfast was nice.

The cleanliness because the furniture have dust, the air conditioner very noisy because of the fan itself and they using old air conditioners. Unexpected is I found cockroaches in my room. Eeeuuwww

Only the external environment in the resort and the lake.

Room was dirty and dusty. Room service was horrible - Staff attending to phone could not respond properly. The room door lock was not in the greatest condition. Toilets were smelly. The Chinese restaurant food wasn't so greate - the prawns were not fresh and not peeled off properly. Buffet breakfast was below average with little variety. The Spa had a dusty smell when we attempted to check it out. The swimming pool appeared to be dirty too. I wonder if this is a 5 star resort. We are local tourist trying to support local travel.

Most accommodation buildings are centered around the pool, which is great. Beautiful landscaped gardens, several restaurants and one bar. My room was the largest I've ever stayed in, plus a good size veranda.

My room showed some wear and tear, my WI-FI didn't work at first, however that problem was quickly solved. The resort becomes very crowded on weekends, when local families with children come to stay. Some traffic noise is audible, since the resort is surrounded by motorways.

Nice place , only the found blanket have stains . The toilet door can close proper , like can collapse anytime . Staffs nice only check in bit slow Overall is excellent

The place looks awesome from the outside with a spacious and zen-looking lobby and the courtyard.

The room was not necessarily clean. It smelled stale and musty; same smell is also coming from the air con, which is very old and it took a long time to cool down the room if any. The towels also didn’t look clean with stains on it.

Peace, quiet and trees all around..exactly what my mine needs.

The screening of movie, by 9pm they started packing it. So disappointing..it was promised 8pm to 10pm.

The environment.

The breakfast was out of our expectation for a popular resort. It was not well managed with many food servings not refilled on time. Perhaps, the supervisor/s has been tired to monitor. Hope it could be improved.

I like the environment, quite and cozy! As someone who love personal space, this place is definetely worth it.

Everything was great, but I'd recommended to change the breakfast menu regularly. As someone who's staying for 3D2N and having a 2 days breakfast in a row, its a bit boring because the menu is same. That's all my comment.
