The location is good, easy for parking

I don’t like the bed sheet. It is stained and dirty. And the receptionist allow kids run and scream at corridor in the late night. The sound proof is too bad.

No breakfast at this hotel, hotel not visible from the main road, parking space are limited,

The location near and easy to find.The room also at the ground floor. Suitable for my parents.

Maybe in future can put mineral or drinking water in the room

The hotel is new and clean. The location is fine, just besides the nasi kandar restaurant. Food is easy to find. No worry! This hotel offeres 2 full bed in roo., which very rare to find in other hotels. Good job!

No housekeeping during night time. Maybe owner can spare bedsheet in the lobby and guest can self service.

Location near to a lot of restaurants and shop, area not too crowded. Bathroom quite big, water pressure good. TV got all mytv channels. Check-in and checkout process fast.

Room a bit small, no mirror apart from inside the bathroom. Soundproof not so good but still okay.

Comfy bed & clean

The provided iron is not functioning properly. I took longer time to iron clothes. Tne corridor lamp is not turn on, i was ironing clothes with some lights from the window. Pls provide hanging rack near the ironing board, it will ease the customer to hang their clothes after/before ironing

Toilet is very clean. Bed is comfy.Room no. 9. Located at ground floor. Easy to park. Easy to find halal food from early breakfast until late night. Location is far from main road, very peaceful.

No kettle inside the room. Guests can have drinking water nearby the receiptionist.

Very Very Bad Experience

Very bad experience! Just 1 hour after check-in the police come to knock the door and ask to open. They never show their pass and the hotel staff never follow also. They are trying to open my room door eventhough I asked to wait for few seconds. There is no security lock system or door chain, the door can just open if forgot to lock with key. It is very terrible. No kettle, mineral water and toiletries (except body shampoo which can get in Lotuss) provided. It is not worth for the price, the same price can get in KL any hotel with very much better service. The hotel written 2pm check-in, when we come at 4.30pm, the room still open and look like just clean up only.

room price rm87+tourist tax charge. in the BATHROOM there is no BODY WASH. MINERAL WATER IS ALSO NOT PROVIDED AT ALL IN THE ROOMS. THE ROOM WALLS ARE DIRTY. Not clean on the wall under the AC. dirty too. DISADVANTAGE OF STAYING HERE THE FACILITIES ARE NOT WORTH THE PRICE. THANK YOU.

The towels are so old. The pillows and bed sheets have odour. I feel quite uncomfortable because towels and bed old and slight smell. No fresh or new smell

Within the vicinity of mrsm Trans-Kerian, 8 minutes away. Near to great food stalls and amenities.
