Excellent location if your business trip focus on Batu Kawan Industrial Park.The breakfast lack of variety.Provision of water station makes staying here super convenient for travellers.Great water pressure at shower.

Clean and good location

I appreciate the convenience of street parking; however, I found that the available parking was not directly adjacent to the hotel. Fortunately, our visit occurred on a Sunday, allowing us to find ample parking nearby. It would be beneficial if there were designated parking options closer to the facility for future guests.

Rooms are very very small. Basin in the room and not in Bathroom.

The room is nice but quite small with the price I paid. The corridor smell nice and really comforting. Love the color combination of the walkway and the room. The toilet and room is clean. You can watch netflix & youtube on the tv. They dont provide bottle drinks inside the room, but they have water container and water filter is located outside the room. Went for dinner, and come back to hotel around 8.30 pm. The road feels empty and secluded. Not recommended if travel alone and come back late.

Poor Sleep Experience I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the staff and facilities were generally clean and friendly, my sleep quality was terribly compromised:•Mattress Too SoftThe bed was so soft that I literally sank into it, waking up each morning with stiff, aching lower back and sore shoulders. It offered no proper support and left me feeling unrested.•Unhygienic, Overly Soft PillowThe pillowcase appeared unchanged from the previous guest, carrying an unpleasant odor. The pillow itself was far too soft, providing zero neck support and making it impossible to find a comfortable position.Recommendations for Improvement:1.Replace the current mattress with a medium-firm model that balances comfort and support.2.Institute a strict laundering policy ensuring all pillowcases are replaced and washed for each new guest. Provide a selection of pillows with varying firmness levels.

The mattress and pillows, the pool; modern room; location is near eateries;

Staff could be friendlier; AC was too big for such a tiny room and always blew too cold even if we put it warmer; a long hair was on the pillow and there was no hot water.. after a long day of travel all we wanted was a hot shower and all we got was not ice cold; Breakfast staff lady was not in a good mood and my sunny side up eggs came raw;

Nice hotel at a good location with Batu Kawan and good service. However, note that the regular rooms are a little small.

So far good, selesa, repeat boleh repeat lagi to stay recommended la harga berbaloi, got pool, breakfast set..

The toilet design was poor , toilet bowl too close to the shower place. Poor hygiene.

Swimming pool, but a lil bit messed up when there is no patio or bench to rest at the pool

The room is very packed, not spacious. Uncomfortable pillows, disappointed with the windows view. Blocked by building design. Requested for best view but getting no viewww ?. Breakfast is very messed up, but the staff is nice. Food served in small refill portion. Need to wait a lil longer for the food to be refill, but the refill portion is very cute. Need improvement.

The room is spotless clean, the bed is very comfy as they are using Serta mattress.

Air condition blowing fan noises disturbing our sleep.

It is within walking distance to Design outlet & there are decent eateries around.

The carpet in my room is pretty sticky when the AC is not on.

Just nice.. Breakfast is variety.. We can pick and choose what we like. Staff also polite and friendly
