Hotel Sri Krishna Residency

Locaion of the hotel and the time staff were good and helpful. They provided parking as requested.

Room was old and broken walls and electric plugs.There was a water problem- red water (They said that no hot water due to the problem of the solar heater). When I requested for hot water during night the staff Response was not good.They said that they provide hot water from 4AM to 6AM and they do not provide hot water other times. That is insane.

Location was excellent.. So close to the temple. The highlight of Krishna Residency is their cleanliness. I stayed in an executive AC room and it was superb.

Breakfast must be included in the package. Room can be slighly bigger and atleast one window for some air circulation.

The location near to the Sri Krishna temple. The restaurant, had a good range of food, both from north and south and tasty as well. Staff were courteous and friendly (however lacked a little smile :)). Overall it was a decent stay.

If you are driving, Parking can be an issue.

It wasar to the temple. And staff were approachable.

It's too costly for such a room. Beds are bad, things are old, no dental kit or mineral water. It's worth less than 800 per day.

Good room with neat and clean. Internal room facility is very good.

Should have a restaurant with breakfast

The hotel is in heart of the city, so all tourists places are reachable easily in 5-35 minutes.

Nothing- this is not a hotel with good room service or cordial staffs. Definitely not value for the money.

Comfy bed, nicely furnished bedroom

Staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful. We asked to do laundry on the first night we stayed and they said it would cost 1200INR which seems massively expensive, but we agreed. They said it would be ready within 24 hours. It wasn't, and we didn't get it back until over 2 days later, and actually had to delay leaving the hotel to wait for the washing. Upon return, it wasn't all dry and some items hadn't even been washed! The staff were very unhelpful and unapologetic, and laughed when we asked about it, when we really needed our clothes back.Secondly, the bathroom was very bad smell - they need to do something about it.Lastly, we went out for breakfast and came back to dirty smelly water having sprayed in through the open windows (see picture). It was all over the bed and some of our clean clothes (which we had to immediately clean in our next hotel) . there was no apology whatsoever from the front desk staff for this, couldn't believe it!

The proximity to temple is good.

The cleanliness of hotel is not upto the mark. We experienced itching while sleeping and felt that the bedding was not washed.

On the whole good experience.But no food served in the restaurant after evening,had to order through swiggy.

Near to krishna temple

No neatness, no parking, only 3 member lift, dirty beds

Location as it's within the City and very close by to Udupi shree Krishna temple

Rooms were very small

Room and stay was good. Staff was supportive and helped for any small queries. Could add dining and tea service at the hotel. Some work going on outside and so day time was noisy. Rest all fine.

Improve lighting in certain rooms

Breakfast not included. Location is just next to the temple .

Management

Rooms were not clean. There was no facility to dry our wet clothes. They told us to put our clothes on 4th floor and we kept our clothes there, some one put them aside on the rope.

The staff,room,ambience are very nice

Rooms were clean and comfortable. They accommodated our request for extra mattresses. Room service was good for basic tea, coffee and snacks. Their in-house Veg restaurant closes before dinner, but staff are very good to accommodate our requests at other times. Swiggy delivers to the hotel.Best part was the staff. Everyone from Front desk, Front Door staff (Mr. Subramani, I think) and Room service personnel were very helpful from helping us with luggage, buying food, getting transport, protecting us from the rain, even helped us with our kids.

The weather, not the hotel's fault!!TV - only local channels were available. Kids channels were not there, so if you have Pogo, CCN-obsessed kids, be prepared to waste data on youtube.

Only thing is it is very near to Krishna temple thats it

technically lot of things to speak , No good quality bedsheet ( very thin ) , walls are not maintained properly ( dust and mould ) and there is no water bottles and rooms are very small . it is not worth the amount we pay for AC and Non AC . it is just a budget hotel . Totally disappointed .
