Ofcourse the location.

They need to improve the maintenance of the bathroom.

Food. Staff was well behaved.

Dirty and leaking rooms.

Liked location only plus. Breakfast is very good.

No channels on tv. Slow service.

It was a bit pricey and the whole place was run down and a bit shabby , also we were initially denied breakfast so had to go to reception to sort it , however the breakfast was mediocre at best ….

Not value for money

Not value for money. Room locks not working, AC and lights not working. Sofa bed is broken and not comfortable at all. Overall not worth the money spent.

Great Location, Comfortable and Clean Rooms, Great Staff

Our room was changed and upgraded after we brought forward the pathetic condition of the cottage we had been given.

Pathetically maintained cottages. The room was infested with mosquitos and the linen was soiled and dirty

Staff was polite & friendly

When we arrived were told that the prior customer has not checked out and we would have to wait. When checking in we made payment when I asked for a receipt was told that we would get it at the time of checkout I got a receipt for just the food we ate. Also I was charged for a meal that I paid for! I am disabled which I informed yr office when booking. We were given the furtherest room #516

Location

Hotel is not worth the price The only thing that makes it good is the location But there are other inns and cottages near by the beach which can be considered

The location is the USP it's right infront of the malpe beach, food taste was very good

Breakfast time and variety was very poor, if you do not have BF included in your package then one can only order it post 10.30 am and that also only sandwich or bread omlette. All the staff were friendly and nice except front desk female receptionist she would say no for everything you ask.

Location was good actually. it is in front of the beach and you can see the sunset easily. They have upgraded my room also. you can find all the cafe and auto stand near by.

breakfast was lame, rooms condition was bad, it was too old, this place needs renovation. Washroom was not good. Restaurant staff was good but front desk staff specially females were not interested in treating guests query.

The location

Rooms weren't clean they were bugs and stinking. When asked for a room fresher is sprayed.Basically the facilities are also associated with paradise aisle so to use pool restaurant or spa facilities we need to go through that hotel and get them use

It's was the worst experience I have ever had. The stay there was horrible.

The whole room was dirty, worn out furniture, dark and dingy, dirty floors, Bathroom was the scariest. And dirty to the next level. We had traveled for along distance before reaching and did not have the patience to keep waiting for the staff to clean up we cleaned it ourselves.....,later to see the WC seat is completely broken, even on repeated requests, it was not repaired. No toiletries were kept in the bathroom, not even a tiny little soap. AC kept spraying water on us continuously , half the bed was wet. We checked out early morning and did not want to stay there. Over all we may have stayed only for 10hrs. It was so bad.

Property was pretty old parking is in different property, no room service. Ppl don’t bothered

Rooms are pathetic, there is a leakage inside the room.Not at all worth for the money. Definitely we will not suggest to anyone for sure
