The hotel and rooms were very clean staff were excellent everyone very friendly.

The food in the restaurant upstairs wasn't the best the first night 2 ouf of 4 had European food which was excellent but the Indian food not so good

Great location, excellent breakfast, fast response to our service request.Restaurant served great dinner.Wifi was weak in our room, they promptly came and installed wifi booster and it worked like charm.

1.Secure parking facility is a basic requirement. 2.Room service needs to be manned by people who can speak local language or English not only Hindi speaking people. 3.Also little guidance by staff while answering guests questions about local temple visit timing and greeting guests with a SMILE ...would definitely enhance the hotel atmosphere.

the listing showed that the room had one large queen bed and a single bed, which is misleading. it had only a double bed and I had to take an additional room during check in

The service of the staff was excellent. Very polite, prompt and efficient always smiling. The food at the restaurant was excellent. So was the breakfast.very good spread and variety of food

The wifi confection was a bit irritating a they had a printed password for every device and it was difficult to track and remember. Also the wifi connection wasn't very strong.The breakfast was excellent but was repetitive and by the third day we got a bit tired of seeing the same dishes. Would've love a different menu of change if preparation on a daily basis. Else nothing to complaint

Great location from the Shree Krishna Mutt proximity which is a <10 min walk. Choice of food, has a good bar and service is real fast. VFM as the renovated hotel is good on hygiene, food variety and quality.

The wash room with the shower partition is too tight, looks cramped and felt cramped.

The resort is centrally located and the staff are very approachable and helpful.

The resort does not meet the standards when compared to its peers and when compared to other locations of ocean pearl. The room is not spacious and the equipments in the room were also old. The window glass was broken. There was a dump smell in the room and the staff had to spray a room freshener. Overall there is more scope for improvement.

Cosy stay in a wonderful location

Thrice had to visit reception to sort out room key on check in. But once sorted had the best stay!
