Malpe beach was just right in front of the hotel. Nice beach to swim. Good sunsets.

Hotel is old could use fresh paint outside and bathroom can be renovated slightly.

The rooms requires some plastering work. For the amount we paid we haven't received basic things like paste, brush and those kind of items

Not clean enough, not maintained, loud speakers blaring, very disappointing

We stayed in the rooms with beach view, clean, spacious and well prepared rooms with comfortable beds and clean toilets & showers. The in house restaurant offered delicious meals. The buffet breakfast was generous. The beach is right in front of the resort. The staff were attentive and helped with all the information you need.For the guests who arrive by public transport there is a auto stand and the charges were fair.

A travel desk would have been nice.

I went at the wrong time. The food festival was very noisy at the beach.

Only benefit was it's location, it is situation right on the famous beach. Room was small and was very smelly, it was smelling like alcohol all the time. Food at their restaurants like Bubble and Nemo's was good but it is little pricey.

Breakfast was pretty good - mix of Indian and more western options (usually kid friendly like "chicken nuggets") and varied from day to day. The place is right on the beach and overlooks the main section of beach that people swim at and gather around. All of the food options and street stalls also sort of centre around the fringes of the property too.

The property is looking a bit tired, but not too bad. They also didn't seem to have any credit card facilities that could cope with an international credit card - fortunately I had cash, or I'm not sure what they would have done (they were quite happy to let me stay while we tried to figure it out - which was great).

The location is perfect. The sea view room was spacious and had a good balcony. A few of the restaurant staff were very pleasant.

Some of the management staff didn't understand English or hindi and wanted to enter the room even when they were stopped twice.My kids were inside waiting for their turns to bathe but the water was very hot. Even after explaining for 15 minutes that person wasn't able to understand. It was with the help of cleaning staff that i was able to get normal temperature water to bathe. It took them 45 minutes to provide a bucket of normal temperature water. The buffet breakfast doesn't open until 8/ 8:15 am

only location if Malpe beach is high on agenda. staff was good.

1. not worth stating as a 3- star resort. it’s a decent guest house type property. definitely needs renovation and better upkeep 2. price charged for what is provided. the rooms smelt weird, the linen did not feel clean at all. 3. the pool area was not clean. first day the pool was only half filled.4. did not even want to check out the spa looking at the entrance next to the pool area. overall felt it’s highly over priced for the infrastructure. would not recommend this.

The hotel is situated in front of the beach......location-wise it is extremely good. The rooms are little more expensive than I expected.

The rooms are expensive. The property does not have any facility to accommodate the drivers, which is not good. The room charges are on the higher side compared to the facility they are providing. As it is a beach hotel...cleanliness was an issue....though it was expected. The hotel tried its best to keep the corridors and room tidy, but it was not sufficient. Wherever, I put my hands on I could feel the sand.

1. rooms have a beach view where you can see the sunset. This hotel is right next to the beach so easy accessibility. Also, the food prices are good we only had veg food though.

Some basic faclilites that you excpect at this price like hair dryer are missing. otherwise no complains.

Very clean place. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out procedures.

Fridge in non-working condition. Absence of table to work on inside the room.
