Hotel Down Town

We did not like anything :(

Bathroom was dirty, towels we're torn and full of stains, entire room had only 1 light, fan regulators were broken, power kept going and no lift too We had initially booked for 3 days but had to check out on the second day itself it was so bad

The place of hotel is fine and if you just want to be in room for sleeping then this is a ok place for you, else its a big NO

We didnot get the AC remote so had to be in same temp, which we will get when switching on. Even after complaining 5 to 6 time for getting the TV working, nothing was fixed.

it was a really old room barely cleaned there were wrappers on the floor from previous tenants. the bathroom is just a no. i understand the price vs quality debate but i had a late check in and no room service upon landing since all the staff are unavailable and i was not handed an AC remote for the AC room i paid to get so sweated through the night. If you’re trying to save money this is not the best choice of stay.

The service was poor

No lift, very dirty blanket, dirty pillow cover.

1. Staff behavior.2. Lift is not there.3. Staff is not supportive, even for luggage(One bag only) also we had to ask for multiple times and had to wait an hour for them to carry it to the 2nd floor.4. We booked 1 room for 2 adults. But they gave only 1 towel, 1 shop. And the height was they gave only one thooth brush :) :).

There's nothing to like.

Firstly, we booked the room for 5 members and they gave the beds for 3. The extra pillows and beds didn't have covers/bedsheets. There was no hot water facility. The staff was unhelpful. AC remote was not provided, TV connection was not there. Bedsheets, pillow covers were all used ones and it was dirty. There was no organized parking space and security told us to park in an empty space in front of the hotel. It took us 2 hours to take our car out of that space as some nut job guest had blocked our car. Insanely over priced and not at all worthy.If you need a pleasant stay, DON'T EVER COME TO THIS HOTEL.

not very satisfied

ordered 1/2 biryani for lunch upon arrival. got half cooked rice with one piece of 1/2 chicken wing. neither the quality nor the quantity is good.

Food is great.

Basic rooms, u can see cockroaches around the room. They could've maintained it even better for such price

I didn't like anything here. I booked on Agoda for two days and they said they are in Agoda. Later I booked again Booking.com with double price

1. No Staff support, Not freindly 2. Rooms are not clean, Found ? in the room and wash room, 3. Heavy Costly, if it is booked in booking.com4. For 4k No AC, No Wifi, No TV cable (not recharged even after request)5. Morning there was no power and they didn't repaired it.

It was a scam to loot money by changing 3 times current rate

More amount charged.. non Ac room was priced 3 times

The sound of the dj bar on ground floor disturbs the rooms.
