The staff was good

Didn't like most of the things about the hotel, it is not worth the money that they are charging and the pictures are very misguided. They charged 4.5k for a very basic room with no amenities which should not be more than 2k even during the season time. Very bad experience. Regretted booking this.

The staff Manjula and Girish and even others there ,the entire team were excellent. They hv no restaurant but these guys ate so helpful ,they make u feel at home .They helped us with auto ,places to visit and nice cup of tea.They were so pleasant .

Room was a bit too small for 2adt plus one child but it was clean.

While it may be slightly inconvenient for those seeking immediate beach access, the hotel's proximity to Udupi itself can be advantageous for guests looking to explore the local area. However, for those prioritizing beachfront accommodation, this might be a consideration to keep in mind.

Apart from the location of the property all other things were pathetic.

Behaviour of the staff, they charged us pre-check in charges which was not informed or mentioned during check in.Later they mentioned that i had cancelled the booking but in the app i could see that my booking was confirmed.Room is small , no food facility, no air ventilation not worth 3.3k at all. It should be worth 1500 at max

The rooms are very clean. The staff were so humble. Complimentary they provided dairy chips chocolate and chips. The bathroom was a little small but was very cute and clean. The udupi temple was at 6 to 7 mins by car. The hotel is located at the centre of city and everything was accessible.car parking facility is also available. Overall value for money.

Hot water was not that effective. However it was hot so it really doesn't matter to us.

Room was compact and clean, but lacks basic features.

but lots of big black ants crawling. No housekeeper. Only owner was helping. No restroom for drivers.

Host spoke very good English and was exceptionally helpful.There was no restaurant but host gave us recommendations which were excellentThere was a cafe being built on the premises so should be ready for guests soon Temple and facilities close by hotel

The place is comfortable, clean and customer friendly. The reception guys were very helpful and accommodating in answering my travel queries and even booking autos for me.

Let alone breakfast, even coffee was not available. There was no kettle for making coffee or tea. The management could not even arrange for our morning cup of coffee. Incidentally, there is no restaurant where when could get a cup of coffee either.

The location of the hotel is inconvenient. To reach the hotel one has to go through narrow and congested lanes or take a circuitous route. For the money that we paid, the facilities and comfort were far from adequate.

1. There were no in-house food options, so I had to Swiggy food2. When the food arrived, there was no desk in the room for me to sit and eat, which was a little uncomfortable.3. The bathroom size was a bit small, and I was unable to get sufficient hot water4. I stayed on a Wednesday night, and when I asked to re-book for Monday. I was told that the cost would be double! Not sure why....

The room was nice, Staff was decent but the bed was horrible and was making sounds which was very disturbing

The room was neat and clean, Hot water was available all the time, AC was working fine

Staff was cordial & accomodated all requests pleasantly

No inhouse restaurant & things like no lift, exhaust fan not working were shortfalls

Room was not kept ready for occupation we have to ask for water , bed ,heating cattle and no service for breakfast and tea etc

I am happy that Hotel Management is taking necessary action for arranging Restaurant based on my feedback. Also please arrange small lift to take care of aged .
