Ok for one day stay

Room was cancelled as prior payment was not made. After request they have offered Non ac single room on top floor . Had to take it because no way out.

Proximity to temple, restraunt transport etc

There are a flight of stairs to enter the premise. Wil de difficultl for elderly.

I did not had break fast in the lodge, Location is good as my purpose of visit was Temple

Cockroaches all round, afraid of carrying them home along with clothes

The room was very clean, simple balcony, location is good,...

Bedsheets seemed not clean, hair, marks, no basic stuff, like soap, toilette tissue,.. no internet,.. Incredibly lot of papers to fill in, even our passports were anyway photocopied. l think with not a lot of effort, it would be possible to improve this hotel ???

Though there was a mix-up with the booking and they didn't have the rooms we required , they were able to fit us in for a night. Also we had requested for 2, but they could only give us one. It was a non AC room against the AC one we had asked for, but given the busy period of the year, I am very grateful to them for accommodating my family, especially my elder mum and child.

Hot water is available only for three hours in the early morning hours. Do be mindful of that , if you are not a cold shower person.

Conveniently located, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, and working a/c!

The only way to reduce a/c appears to be to shut it off

I didn't like - It is truly astonishing that this hotel would fail to provide such a fundamental necessity. In my experience, every hotel, regardless of its location or rating, offers drinking water to its guests.

The practice of refilling used plastic bottles with cooler water and storing them in the refrigerator is both unsanitary and disrespectful to guests. This is a serious health concern and a clear violation of basic hygiene standards.

Good hotel in udupi around 100 steps from the Krishna temple. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are courteous.Parking is a challenge. No parking in front of the hotel. Need to park in the street which is 50 meters before the hotel and opposite to the auto stand.

Everything. It made us feel like we were in our own home. The bed and bedsheets were clean. The washroom was very neat. The staff Prasad, Sharath, Bhuvin were very friendly. Thanks for making my stay memorable.

Near to bus stand

No neatness, full of dust, no helping mentality for workers, but last day the one gentleman was in the counter, only he helped us but other staffs are not at all minding, veri bad attitude of staff.... But chap rate stay but never want to choose this place again

They didn't even provided packaged drinking water. Instead they provided water filled from somewhere else. Staff behaviour was also not professional

Didn't accept cards. Didn't mention this in the ad.Advertised as 'pay at the time of check in', but we were contacted and insisted on paying in advance to reserve the room.We were called multiple times to confirm our arrival, our flight was late, and its was stressful for us to constantly reassure them.

The location is great just a short walk from the bus stand but on a quiet street very near to the main temple. The room was very clean with good hot water and comfortable beds. There are many restaurants nearby. Unfortunately my friends who should have been with me couldn't come but the family room is a decent size for three people.

I liked the honesty and integrity of the staff. I had forgotten a gold chain in the cupboard while checking out and had travelled away for 45mins, and I received a call from the staff reminding me of the gold chain. The bathroom was clean and well facilitated.

The TV was not working well, and had a poor signal reception. The bedsheet seemed not to have changed while checking in. The room maintenance did not seem very apt.
