The Ski access and the room was so large

While coming and returning we had to walk a lot with luggage trolleys and hotel couldn’t help with proper support . While coming we travelled all the way from the first sono hotel with 4 trolleys and while returning even though they said they will provide shuttle bus, we couldn’t catch bus with the luggage trolleys.

Location is great and view is exceptional

The first towels I received had smell like a wet puppy’s hair.

Room was very spacious. One pot, one saucepan was available for cooking

If you are visiting for skiing, note that it is a bit of a walk to the slopes. Parking is quite difficult if you are bringing your gear with you and there isn’t a way that we found to “pay to secure” your gear overnight at the slopes. If we went back I don’t think we would stay at this particular location for skiing just because of the difficulty of transporting our gear and parking. There were other hotels closer to skiing that would have been better. If you are going for the indoor water park this hotel is closer and may fit your needs better. The pool at the hotel isn’t free- it requires a per person cost to get in the pool.

Other than the spaciousness, nothing particularly left a good impression. The cleanliness was not very satisfying, and overall, the visit was disappointing. Improvements are needed.

Other than the spaciousness, the overall experience was disappointing.First, the layout is inconvenient. To get from the lobby to the room, you can’t go directly—you have to go down again and take another elevator, which is very frustrating.Also, as soon as I entered the room, I noticed a lot of hair on the bed, clearly showing that the cleaning was not done properly. The floor was also covered in stains, and the overall cleanliness was very disappointing.Additionally, despite the large space, there were no staff members around to provide guidance, making it even more inconvenient to navigate. These issues definitely need improvement.

Love the family room and its proximity to vivaldi world.

There isn't housekeeping.

Unit at Sono Felice was large clean comfortable and nice. Check in was fast and peaceful. Staff understands English well enough so communication was easy. Better than Sono Tower B that we stayed in a few years back, - room theren was more basic, check in was quite chaotic and a hassle as staff did not understand English.Need to take shuttle bus to the ski slopes but they provide free shuttle bus that comes every few minutes. Just that bus is a small van, so if it fills up fast and just have to wait for the next one.

The shuttle bus service to the ski resort doesn’t operate between 11am to 1pm

The family room we have booked is huge and spacious. Like an apartment. The only thing that bothered me was the thin futon. Not comfy. Floor is heated though.

The whole Sono/vivaldi doesn’t seem to use much English. Everything was in Korean, on switches, on screen etc. even the coffee machine at the buffet were labeled with Korean instructions. So have your Google translate or Papago app ready.

too large place and not easy to get around.they provide only 2 bath towels for a room where 7 people stay.

The resort is beautiful! So many things to do and explore. The staff was gracious and kind, and the food on site was excellent. There were so many choices and it did not seem overpriced as so many higher end resorts are prone to do. My family regretted only booking two nights--we should have booked an entire week to do all the things there!

We booked a unit with a kitchenette. It would have been nice to have additional utensils such as knives to cut up our food. It was very hot when we arrived, and it would have been nice if the air conditioning had been on prior to our arrival. Other than that, no complaints!

Location was excellent for skiing.

Facility use additional charge so reduced use.

The room was big and my kids loved running around.

The staff did not speak much English, but they were helpful in general.

Love everything about the place. Really huge n spacious with amazing views from our balconies! Love how the place is clean too. We can cook anything there and rice cooker provided too. Good thing they have built in bidet so no worries for muslims! Park around the hotel is beautiful and less crowded too. Love the surrounding especially when it snows. Will definitely come back here again!

Difficult to move around because they dont have any transport to cities. Staff could not communicate in english.

Staff don’t really speak English and room service is only once in 3 days. Quite strange for the money that they take. Not happy

Convenience - there's a shuttle bus to Sono Moon, which is a few steps away from the ski resort. Would have been perfect if it went straight to the ticketing entrance. Privacy - only two units per floor, and just a few floors per building.

Not as many restaurants to choose from.

The apartment was spacious and could fit a family of 6 comfortably.

The property was a walk away from a small mall and there’s no chartered bus from our accommodation. We also had to managed our own luggage upon arrival and was a walk away from the main tower. There isn’t any hotel drop off and was quite confusing.

The staff was very helpful, the room is very spacious with great park view.

Nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms. There is a convenience store, bakery and some quick bite options available within .A 15-min stroll will take you to Vivaldi Park ski place area where food and entertainment options are aplenty . Alternatively, one can take the free shuttle bus which ply between Sono Felice to Sono Moon (which is just opposite the Vivaldi Park ski area) every ~ 10 mins. The room assignment starts at 12 noon and actual check-in to rooms is at 3 pm. It was easy to store our luggages at the B1 concierge area first before the 3 pm check-in time, and they can help to send the luggages to your room after you get your room assigned. We got a high floor room this round which offered nice mountain and ski slope views.

The 2 other rooms and master bathroom were a little dimly lit. Will prefer the rooms to be brighter.
