Good.Dosa and pongal

No room boys in any floor.Poor quality of towels.TV is not working and can't call for assistance by ur phone provided in the room.Call assistance nos r not provided in the room.Only one towel(not washed well) given for my 2days stay for 2members.plugpoints r not charging the cellphones.

Not clean... the bedsheets, pillow cover, towels are were stained and dirty... cockroaches in the room was another issue... Dust not properly cleaned.

Worst experience ever . Poor cleanliness of room , no hot water in bathrooms. There is no customer service available, the basic needs like towel ,soap are not provided for online bookings....

Food delicious in restaurant.

Commercialized approach and tough getting accomodation due to the priority focused on different customers. As they are good the demand is high.

Everything was not cleaned, and things were broken, staff were rude

Rude staff, dirty room and too costly for the type of rooms they provide.

The location and the room along with restaurant are good. The reception staff were supportive but not sure of room staff. Wifi is good but having to connect seperate wifi networks for each floor is trouble

they did not clean room or did not clean properly when requested. the tariff card for single room was much less and they seem to have confused with an earlier cancelled booking of mine. Only soap and towel are in toiletries no paste or shaving set

Not for foreigners

Room was not as clean. Old setup n furniture. Rusted toilet handles n taps.

Nightmare and looting of money for the high rate of Rs.2000+240 GST for this hotel.

Some two to three years back, I found this hotel and stayed. It was very nice. The management was warm. The staff were good. The stay was good etc. I think now the hotel is doing good business. Or may be the management has changed. The following things made my stay of less than 12 hours sad.1. The booking was through Booking.com. We reached very very tired. In the reception, they first wanted the payment. This was not the case last time. 2. There were no towels in the bathroom. Had to ask and wait for it, with only one good Room Boy, who patiently had to run back and forth.3. There was no hot water. Reason: They have changed to Soalr during day and will switch on centralised geyser only early in the morning. It was never done the next day morning, The room boy brought 1 bucket of hot water after an hour and that too when we expressed our displeasure,4.There was no stool in the bathroom, especially to help aged people like us.5.Only two pillows and had to ask and wait for another.6.Morning 6:30 am, the reception took an order for coffee and after 40 minutes the room boy comes and says, it has to be bought outside only and needed money to bring it.7.The worst response is from 3 people (one girl included) in the reception, who treated us like some enemies or beggars and ensured that not even one smile will come out of them.8.I will never in my life will visit this hotel again.

Room was running with cockroaches, when reported house keeping was aware and did nothing. Poor front desk, rude front desk staff. Any request takes multiple remainders

Room look was good only to see

1.Full of cockroaches. Even after telling them, they didn't change the room for us. 2.Room service was not available before 8 am.3. No dustbins and doormat. We had to ask for it.4. Shower in the bathroom wasn't working.

Bed linens looks old and washed, towels also the same, bathrooms weren't clean and worn out, lunch at restaurant was appallingly bad

The staffs are not helpful and amenities which are provided is not upto the expectations and price is too much. Everything have to be requested multiple times and after reminder also not responding properly.

Toilet was dirty, even after complaining thrice, they didn’t send anyone to clean the toilet.Lights were not working, only few chanels on tvNo parking space available, had to wait 30 mins to just park my car.

I stayed in the hotel earlier on two three occasions.Comparatively management has gone very badlywater leaking flush outs not working. Horrible time so far as bath room is concerned.There is no provision of water. soap shampoo towel which were supplied earlier at lesser cost. The response to my complaints are also very poor from the hotel staff

Mistakes do occur every whereBut the response to correct the mistake and initiative to provide good service is lacking from the Hotel management

The restaurant in the hotel was very convenient. Ample car parking space.

Front Office / Reception was average in their customer-friendliness. Fan regulator was broken. Telephone not working initially then instrument replaced.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, nice location

The water got stagnant in the shower space.
