- I booked AC rooms but the hotel was asking us to stay in non AC rooms. Upon asking, they were saying that I could get only non ac rooms for the price I booked. It was cheating.
- After the seeing the room we could not able to stay. we have changed to other hotel.

- They look fraudulent. They should be encouraged by booking.com. They show AC rooms for a price and upon arrival they say some different and attempt to provide you non AC rooms
- The rooms were maintained in a worst manner
- 1.The cobweb in the walls.2.The ugly, old bucket in bath room.3.The screen hanging, non working TV. 4.TThe wet door mat, which could not be replaced by the staff,4.The partially worn out mirror and 5.Above all the rent, they collected.. In stead of the rent specified in booking.com, ie Rs.728/-, they demanded Rs. 1200/-.Further they don't have tie up with Booking. com, and the booking with them, will not be binding them.This is a planned crime committed jointly by hotel authorities and booking.com.

Bad survey . I did not check in and I was not allowed to check in because I paid on line payment at the time of booking . They reported getting money from OYO is difficult . Compliant to customer service us if no use. My refund not come Very bad service by OYO and never recommend in future
You are going to lose your money even when the eyes are open.
Don't book it online for this particular hotel even if you booked not to pay either part or full...when you reached they will say they are not responsible for online payment if you've done.
