Totally waste booking this hotel for stay. The only good thing to tell about this hotel is it's vicinity to the temple. Rest everything is a perfect spoiler to your family trip. You can pay a little more and get better rooms than this nasty stay. No words to explain the room condition,bathroom condition, doormat was torn rag cloth almost with dripping water, really everyone just threw it outside all rooms. Bathroom door condition was pathetic with mold and broken corners and stinking .Windows had all dust and cobwebs and the screens will add up to our sneezing due to dust allergy. All the room walls were dampened with water ,with paint and cement peeling off. Also one dustbin also wasn't proper they had kept a broken one. Suffered taking my toddler alongside. Totally don't recommend this to anyone who wants to have a decent stay. Really regret booking this and I really don't understand why is booking.com still has kept this stay on their website. Though it was mentioned as pay at stay while booking, they made sure to get their payment 2days priorly itself by sending mail and threatening that they might cancel booking. If I would have known the pathetic status of this no maintenance building really I wouldn't have booked this. I humbly request anyone with brains please don't book here at all. Totally waste of money and waste of your journey too. Better search for some good ones.

I have one fedup message to booking.com I booked two room thrugh booking .com one room  utilised ,,another room was not utilised due to one of  relation  not coming, i inform the lodge receptionist request and asked the  excuse  cancel the room, but not accepted and paid 1000 rs without staying the room. Lift also old type very  pathatic to use, I finger was   injured & wound happened. Apart from  thrugh make trip I booked Lux room cost 2500+1500  totaly:  igiven the business 4000, but not considered my request and I paid 5000. 1000 loss for me. Thanku  rooms are good.

It's very near the temple and cost efficient.The gave 1 LTr complimentary water bottle.

The room wasn't completely cleaned when I got there. There were food left by previous tenants.The price of the cost is lower than what i booked on Booking.com.Only salt water available for bath and toilet.

Location is very good. Staff are cooperative. Considering the above tariff if very normal.

No boarding available and they sent mail asking for full payment in advance violating the committment to accept payment at the time of check in. Even then they asked for payment and when I showed proof, they agreed.

The tariff is high and there are lodges which provide AC rooms for the same amount

No breakfast was provided. Everywhere we saw cockroaches including bed. Worst experiences we had current supply was disconnected thrice in the mid night.

There is nothing to like. Cockroaches, worst maintenance of toilet with soil colour.

Was there a restaurant ? Never knew. Only thing I liked is the location.

Payment could have been asked at the time of check out. No credit card accepted. Only Gpay, that too on a individual name evading tax. But I was charged. The lift could easily be kept clean. Noisy outside the room. Not even a tea was available in the hotel.Totally disappointed. Pl return the GST amount as I did not get the bill.

Location was okay and closer to the temple

Rooms were unclean but not spacious enough for a double bed occupancy. The TV wasn't working, and though the staff did respond to our complaint, they couldn't make it functional.

No hot water. .bedspread not good. room rent costly.. room service not good .. no restaurant

All basic facilities, hot water,A.c was available as expected.

The property was bit old, was not clean,, could have given additional items like soap,shampoo, tooth brush & good rugs,pillows like they provide in Railways.

Rooms and Toilet clean is to be improved as in good condition. Where ever there is a repair work, the same is to be attended. Thank you

Check in timing, train reaches at 1 pm, we were asked to wait till 4pm, lts ridiculous

The customer service was poor and their life is a very old one which I never got a chance to use in those two days, it got stuck somewhere always for those two days
