Good Ambience & Friendly staff

Restaurant is not there.

Spacious rooms. Amenities were good. There was complimentary coffee/tea provided.Separate accommodation available for driver was a plus (for car/taxi travelers).

The stay was comfortable. what was needed was:1. Adequate coffee/Tea sachets.2. Tissue papers.3. Glass tumblers.4. WIFI was not working.5. Transport facility for pickup and drop at station/bus stand needs to be provided.6. In google maps location of hotel was difficult to locate.7. Boarding facility needs to be provided in the hotel.8. Cupboards with hangers was not there, needs to be provided.9. Bathing stool needs to be provided in the bathroom.10. Bedding needs to be changed daily.

Furnished in the list above.Tariff was a bit high when compared with the facility provided and the location concerned.

Spacious, well-lit, clean air-conditioned room. Clean bathroom with hot water. Staff very helpful. Quick check-in and check-out. Bottled water provided with toiletries and towel. Towels, sheets, pillow covers clean. Lift access. 4 plug points two by the bedside and two near the TV for charging all your devices. Electric kettle provided. Coffee mix, sugar, creamer provided on request. Provided room for driver.

We checked in late in the day but towels, one pillow, one pillow cover were not there. When we pointed it out, they brought it in about 10-15 minutes. Guess less staff due to Sankaranti holidays. Future they should check to make sure everything is ready before guest arrives. They should also wash and dry the mat at the bathroom entrance frequently. Remote not working to switch on TV but the front office person attended to it immediately.

Good hospitality by staffs. Room size & cleanliness were super.

Receptionists know only Tamil. Only Night security knows, somewhat Hindi. Food wise, not great hotels in Srikazhi.

The room was comfortable. Bed and Water was good.

There was a leakage and dropping in the bathroom.

It was very clean. Finding the place was little difficult especially the car park behind, in the night.

The room is well maintained.. Bathrooms are clean n hygienic. Well behaved staff . Corridor is spacious. It's new building. Hope they maintain the same way by our next visit . We prefer to stay there for our next visit if it's the maintenance is good .

No vegetarian restaurant in Rajselvam . . They need to soon start with vegetarian breakfast atleast

Room service is provided on external order basis as there are no restaurant facility. I stayed in Delux room. The following will improve the facility.(1) Seperate Entrance for only Hotel Room Guests as the marriage hall reception is confusing.(2) Hand shower is a must in the bath room(3) Hotel can provide small bath soups.(4) Hotel can provide at least one litre mineral water bottle per day per guest(5) A small cabinet Fridge would facilitate the guests(6) There are no cloth cubboards. This will be helpful.(7) A safe box with numeric lock will be helpful to store valuables.(8) Soft Pillows are to be provided as the current ones are very hard and not comfortable.All other facilities are good. The above mentioned are only our suggestions and not complaint.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Also they only accept cash. No cashless payment.

Nice clean spacious rooms. Lean staff not much people but the person attending to us ensured he took care of whatever was required.

No restaurants inhouse or anywhere nearby. Digital payments were limited to scan only and no cards being accepted yet.
