    • In a small town with few accommodation possibilities the Coconut Alley provide comfortable rooms with a hint of colonial history.

    Cons -

    • The decor which had lungis on the wall.really looks pathetic.Net hanging on the Dining room windows ..looks really cheap and 3 rd class.Food was average.Service was average.Maintainance not upto the mark.
    • Food orders took too long; no dorm facility for drivers despite a Tamil Nadu Government order mandating that.. see https://www.newindianexpress.com/states/tamil-nadu/2023/Jul/07/tamil-nadu-govt-directs-hotels-to-provide-accommodation-for-drivers-of-guests-2592405.html#:~:text=A%20dormitory%20shall%20be%20provided,eight%20beds%20have%20been%20mandated.
    • The restaurant decoration doesn’t contribute to a warm atmosphere (however they may let you eat patio on top)

Calm, great staff, nice location, clean rooms.

The generator noise, low seating furniture’s in the room which is not senior citizen friendly.

The location was prestine with a quaint neighborhood and iits history. The beach is close to the property and other historical places, the staff were courteous, polite and very helpful especially the chef Sharavan excellent cook. Worth the trip and the experience..

Property with a history. Calm environment with the beach just at a walking distance. The staff are patient, courteous and adjusting to make sure to attend to our every needs. Since we were about to reach the property late in the night, they took our order for the dinner, prepared it and kept it in big hot box to keep it warm. The food is good. Loved the beach since there is not much crowd, almost like it was our private beach. Has an open shower facility at the back side of the room. For history buffs, Tharangambadi has a lot to offer. Gives us access to the pool in the bungalow on the beach, so we can explore the other historical neemrana's property too.

Although the food was great, it is priced too much.

The staff were really nice. The vegetarian food was really nice. View from room was excellent

    Nothing specific.

We came here during our honeymoon. The staff has been amazing, got us a cake for celebration.

Little on the expensive side for the local standards.

Neemrana’s Coconut Alley is a really Nice place with a friendly atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant served good food. The hotel is conveniently located close to the fort and the museums. Can definitely recommend this hotel.

    1RemathyPosted on: 2-16-2024

Only the walk path as you see in the picture is nice

The rooms were filthy, as though it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks. The sheets were dirty and dusty. The breakfast was served 30 minutes late and they served spoilt food. The staff didn’t even bother apologising for their mistakes . Also throughout the night , there’s constant noice pollution.

    7VijayaPosted on: 1-30-2024

Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds.

Wanted bicycles to ride on the beach but didn’t find any in working condition. Breakfast was ok but coffee & tea were not hot, both at breakfast and when we ordered room service. Bathrooms had lingering smell from drainage.

    10NarendranathPosted on: 1-16-2024

Fully recommended For total relaxation, with no much expectations of sightseeing in town and no leisure activities at the resort. Excellent staff, excellent chef in the restaurant, well maintained rooms. Very close to the beach.

Car parking is an issue, maybe can consider at their other resort, Bungalow on the Beach

    9WarrierPosted on: 1-12-2024

Proximity to beach and tourist spots, quietness.

Room requires a small cupboard or shelf. Too many switches at different places. Switches should be closer to bed. A fan can be placed in the sitting area so that guests can bevfree from mosquito menace

    Great Service.Excellent rooms ..Great ambience

    Food is little pricey

    7RangaswamiPosted on: 12-21-2023

nearness to the beach, elderly friendly, accommodating staff, room decors

wifi reception views from the room

    3UnknownPosted on: 12-21-2023

    Nothing much

No car park (at Rs 8000 for a day for 1 room, this is shocking). Car had to be parked on the street. This fact was hidden in the booking portal.Room was dingy and had doors and windows which were full of dust and dirt. No TV.

    9UnknownPosted on: 12-3-2023

Heritage restore.Staff were polite and attentive. They accommodated all our requests provided that we travelled with a 20 months kid. Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous even though they had limited options.

    Nothing concerning

    3NavinPosted on: 12-2-2023

    Friendly Breakfast staff, good food.

It's wet, soaking wet, walls are sweating, sheets smell damp, room smells damp, a nightmare if your prone to allergies or lung infections. Definitely not worth the premium price being paid for this. I spoke to the management about getting good dehumidifiers fitted. No parking, roads are dirty and flowing with ankle deep water from clogged drains, u have to wade through this to reach ur vehicle.

    10SofiaPosted on: 11-30-2023

The staff was really nice and helpfull. We had to leave late at night and they allowed us to stay and gave us tea without charge. We really enjoyed our stay at Neemrana's coconut alley!

    No compliants

    9JohnPosted on: 8-28-2023

Breakfast was good. A combination of both Indian and Western Cuisine. Food was very fresh. We had lunch and dinner, all the items provide was excellent and yummy. At most care is being taken to prepare food with healthy and good ingredients for the guest

One disadvantage is lacking parking space.
