the proximity of the property is one of its plus. The basic room has just the fan and the room has a weird smell. It was just a basic room and tea they offered is very bad too.

The taps in the bathroom are in a very bad situation - due to salt water maybe - they are in a bad state.

The staff was 10/10 nice. They always asked if we wanted some tea and helped with organizing taxis.

The AC barely worked, the shower didnt work at all. We had to wash ourselves with a small water outlet and the bidet.

We came to have Darshan of Sri Shaneeswar. We didn't had anything in the cottage.

There were nothing much to like about the room & facilities. The rooms provided were very average and below expectations for the price paid, The toilet flushes were not working and were not set right even after complaining. 5 bath towels were provided for 8 persons and when asked why so were informed that for additional towels it has to be paid. No blankets and basic toiletries were provided. The A/c were not working and the room provided was Super Deluxe A/c Room. For basic facilities like towels, bedsheets, blankets, etc., needs to be paid addition if required. All this were. not mentioned in the Booking.com web. There was no restaurant in the facility. Booking.com to review of inclusion of such hotels in their web in order to maintain the reliability. Never anticipated that such Hotels exists.

The staff attitude were harsh, unfriendly and unacceptable in hospitality business.

Rooms are nice and economical. Staff are polite and helpful.

There is was no hot water in bathroom as the pipe from geyser to tap was not connected. Also, there is no towel and toiletries in bathroom.

The rooms to be clean and hygiene for the money paid.

when i visited room the bedsheet cloth of matress and pillow was used i noticed some stains and ladies hair in matress and pillow which made me uncomfort then i asked a blanket that was more worst. Not even complementary water bottles were provided no Bathing ammenties atleast a shower shampoo or bathing soap if it was provided it would been good as their is no shops and reastaurants nearby.

Booked Three AC Rooms and AC were not working in any of the room , even reported in reception and they came for checking, still it didn't helped at all. Not even single water bottle given as complementary, At this location 2K/room is heavy priced.

You may not get a five star comfort, but is a fantastic deal for what you pay. Clean rooms & clean restrooms. For a pilgrim center an outstanding choice.

Not worth it.

I booked the place for my parents. It wasn’t a suitable place for old age people. Thé Ac wasn’t working good. They hardly slept that night and did not get any assistance during the night. Although they changed the room. Still it wasn’t satisfied. And paying extra wasn’t worth it. Never would book them again.

Worth for the money

The room service people were pestering us for tips even during the stay and while checking out. It was a big time disturbance for us. They were asking tips for each of our family members separately. He even asked to buy dinner for him. Even though it was a request but it’s kind of embarrassing situation.
