Good infrastructure. Great home cooked food. Very helpful staff.

Could be a little more clean. And the sports stuffs kept were all broken, playground is not very safe for kids. It’s rusty.

They cal mi for cancellation from your site n make it offline giving me dinner n breakfast including, whatever it is but I feel it was worst experience ever. Hotel is not maintained. No service staff there only one person along with manager, rooms are not well clean even beds cloths are too old, not a single mirror in my room. TV ac units are not working. Insects and mosquitos everywhere, food is fine but very limited, not even worth for a 500 rs instead of 4500 rs , they clearly fools us , can't recommend by seeing photos from any side... You will get best option nearby within half prize.

Love the location, it's closer to beach. Has amazing small garden/lawn, they have some indoor games for entertainment. Lunch dinner breakfast snacks are given very systematically with proper arrangements. Rooms are quite spacious. Staff is lovely, responsive and quick, always with a smile. The manager personally would ask for feedback, be it food, stay or whatever. Staff is the main reason I would wanna come back and have the pleasure to stay there..!

Bathroom is one of the major drawbacks/weaknesses. The bedroom could be more comfortable with warm lights and ambient lighting. The AC was so old that there was a pool of water in the middle of the night. The mattress could have been soft. Bathroom is in major need of update to maintain hygiene standards. A bottle of water, a kettle and instant coffee or tea would have been cheery on the cake.

Toilet is too small as compared to photos shown on website.Bucket mug WC not clean.No water supply since 6.30am till 9am on 2nd day. unable to brush. No one was available nearby to contact with till 8.30am not on phone also. Drinking water not available. Need to buy distilled water.No toiletries.Handed over room keys on next (2nd) day after requesting 4 to 5 times.Towels not provided on 2nd day after requesting also.No tea breakfast till 9am. Burnt khichadi provided at dinner.All sliders, swing and see saws rusted. You can't take your kid near it. Indoor games are misplaced and not maintained properly.like broken badminton, no ball with bat except carrom board.After advance booking amount they demanded remaining full amount in cash on arrival itself.Parking not covered.Delayed service.

The staff was courteous!

Booking on booking.com showed room with terrace, however the resort manager told us that for every room it shows room with terrace and gave us standard ac room which was very tiny and inconvenient for this rate.

The location of the property is apt, staff was very polite and helpful. The food was actually better than any restaurants around the property. All in all a very good location.

Worst service and no water in toilet

We got misal pav in breakfast. There could be any one extra option available.

They had charged 8k for the stay. We got a message after booking confirmation, that there’s food included in stay with timings. Room is small compared to the price charged. At the time of chck out we got to know that food was also not included in the packages. So pricing and facilities don’t go hand in hand

rooms were full of mosquitoes and stinking. i left my bag at the hotel while checking out. hotel staff asked me not to come back just for bag and that they will send it to me via courier and i can pay for the courier expenses. It has been 2 months. hotel staff is not ready to send my bag and stopped responding to my calls also.

The place is 300 m from the kihim beach. The rooms are big and they provide mattress without any charge. The food is above average. Good place to visit with pets.

Staff is very limited. You have to wait long for getting things done. Like room cleaning and bedsheets change. The washroom basin was not working properly and the geyser was also leaking all the time. We had to wait for tea for almost 2 hours ne eventually we didn’t have tea at the resort.

Manager Vinod was very helpful. Food was of good quality.

Lot of mosquitos in the room. Morning tea was not available on first day.

Small rooms, Washrooms even smaller, Restaurant needs more aesthetic looks.

Decent and affordable. Walking distance to beach and town centre.

Rooms and bathroom were cramped, lacked facilities. Not many food options. Pool was non- functional.

Best location to stay at alibaugh. Close to kihim beach. Neat. Pleasant surroundings. Amicable staff. Excellent food. Nice pool. Ideal for family and small kids too. Always recommend
