Hotel Maple Ivy

The hotel staff was very kind and helped find a great driver/guide for a day trip we wanted to take in the area. Rooms are big and quite. Breakfast was mainly indian cusine.

At the reception, we were offered a welcome drink. My wife drank it and was sick all over that night. Probably, the drink was made with tap water and not bottled/RO water. Also, The AC was too weak for the heat. During the night, we felt it was too hot.

The hotel is nicely presented. It's a clean comfortable environment, the beds are very soft and give a good nights sleep. It's fairly quiet and the staff are extremely professional and go out of their way to be accommodating and professional. With a decent breakfast included, my wife's parents and both of us as a couple found this quite good value for money. Looking at some of the other options in the local area we were very pleased we went with this one. It's very reasonable in terms of what we got.

The surrounding area isn't great including the nearest beach. Although the road the hotel is in is nice and quiet, there's actually not a great deal to do and see nearby. It's best to travel half an hour or an hour away further down the coast to kashid beach or Nagaon beach which are bigger and less crowded. However, this is still one of the nicest hotels around this area and ideal as a base to come back to

House keeping needs slight improvement. Poor parking facility. No facility for driver.

Excellent staff, very good service, clean rooms, 40 mins drive from Manva jetty, centrally located in town, but no view.

No view. Have to keep curtains shut all the time.

Hotel is nicely managed in a limited space. Utilization of the space is good. They managed swimming pool, kids play area well in Limited space.

Restaurant were having limited options. Majority of the things were unavailable at the restaurant. Bedsheets were not that clean. Need to regularly check on cleanliness and maintenance. AC was not working properly in one of the room.

My stay with my family was very comfortable. Rooms are big and cozy. Location is also quite good. Hotel is very near to the Alibag Market. Hotel Staff is also very helpful and friendly. Saffron Restaurant is also very good. Food provided by the Restaurant was delicious. Buffet spread for Breakfast and Dinner is quite good.

There seem to be lot mosquitoes around.

the rooms should be renovated they are damp at places and the paint is peeling off which gives bad odour

I didn't like the wifi. It wasn't working during our stay.

The staff was not good, we had to call the reception 3-4 times to get the work done plus in the restaurant staff was not responsive

Below standard facilities.. Toilet condition was worst...poor food quality and dinner was like road side street food

the bed linen and towels were not very clean and looked old/used! toilet flush had to be kept pressed for releasing water! swimming pool was open only for limited hoursand closed by 7 pm which is too early.. during summers at least need to extend the time .. at least non alcoholic drinks should be allowed near the pool ( not inside the pool) so that guest can sit and enjoy the ambience lot of food dishes though shown in the menu but were not available when ordered ..spa facilities were not available on Saturday

Rooms are not sound proof. My night was disturbed completely because in the next room a party was on.

It was good at the start. Breakfast was ok.Not many things to appreciate.

Food served during the dinner was unacceptable. The services provided over phone were pathetic. Imagine, to get an opener, we had to wait for an hour and even after, we have to get it from our car. Please enhance your services otherwise, this hotel will be good for nothing.

Simplicity , warmth , intent to connect by the staff. Superb by the reception , houskeeping , room service staff . The manager takes a periodic round daily . The pool is exceptional- USP.

The main resturant service staff needs to be a bit more interactive , positive and facilitate the residents . Ganesh was the only one who made special efforts to interact and help .

Housekeeping can certainly be improved. Everything had to be asked including towels in room, jacuzzi not working, toiletries not available. Even wifi Pwd has to be asked each time

The rooms were spacious and the staff was helpful but did not seem well versed with their jobs.

There were mosquitoes in my room. No toiletries. The coffee pot and stirrers were unwashed, the tv remote was not working, and the restaurant did not pick up room service dishes even after 10 hours . It seemed like the room was not cleaned well before handing it over to me. However this was fixed by the staff promptly after complaining. Given the covid situation, it is unnerving to think that the rooms were not cleaned well before giving it to the next guest.

everything was superb,,excellent food ,, amazing and helpful staff.. but complementary food should be served in the room.. rest all good.. had a great stay
