The cleanliness and ambience of the surrounding

There was lots of communication gaps between the hotel reservation desk attendant. The attendant don?t stay upto their commitments they say something else and do something different Cannot totally rely on them

The soft play area for my toddler was the best at this hotel and the pool was huge and nice.

The Jain food options are very very less, which I feel they should increase.

Our stay at the Taj Alibag hotell was very pleasant. We were upgraded to a suit room which was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff, the room, the facilities, the breakfast and the dancing show was wonderful. We had the best time on this hotel.

Lobby very small. Service slow. Rooms small. Maintenance required Substandard as per Taj properties. Breakfast areas smallOnly two buggies for the whole resort. Many areas difficult to access with elderly people. Food very expensive

Property Was good,children area was fantastic except that nothing much to preferable.

support staff,housekeeping,dining on call was poor response as per value of money.

The food expereience was bad, the breakfast didnt offer food for jain or vegan options. My mother had trouble eating spicy food

Same things that Radisson is well known for (also why this was my 4th visit to the resort)- Big, Clean Rooms- Generous spread of premium facilities (lawns, play areas, gym, pool, restaurants etc) FYI I loved the Turf- High service and quality standards- Location- Food- Premium experience

These are mostly little annoyances but important enough for you to investigate...- I found the service levels were a tad low (vs my previous experience at the resort), the obvious reason was that the property is now moving to Taj Vivanta and reduced staff members were not enough to cater to all guests- Most things like checking in formalities, getting the room, getting a table for breakfast/dinner, pool service, room service was always delayed. The restaurant staff was scrambling to manage the breakfast service.- While most facilities were good, one could see the property was in need of maintenance i.e. cracked pillars, chipping paint, unkept greens etc.. general upkeep could be better- the front desk was not aware this was my 4th visit, when I asked if I can redeem my membership points they sounded clueless. The lady promised to come back to me with the details but I never got a reply, the excuse was the rush for check-ins. I feel Radisson needs to care for repeating (loyal) customers like myself. BTW I still do not know if I'm a member and if staying with Radisson multiple times (incl. in Goa) has brought me any benefits.

Just that it is close to nature and away from the hustle of city life

The facilities are criminally inadequate! For eg. the television wasn’t a smart tv and thus couldn’t watch OTT shows on it. The trash cans are miniatures for maybe one time use. The food is so bad that you can’t believe you’re in a Radisson. It does not feel like a 5-star at all.

Breakfast was good. Very limited options for lunch if you are sitting outdoors, even pizza which is on menu was denied. You check in timming is very late so most people like us were waiting. In a way you are encouraging people to go out of the property to eat. SO if you improve this aspect families will be happy to spend more time and utilise the property.

Towels are old and need upgrade. Dinning optios to improve in cafe setting for all day dinning.

Breakfast spread was amazing.

The Food menu especially starters were little bland. Upon addressing, they replaced the meal immediately. The food menu could have been more vast.

The overall experience was not pleasant. The check in and check out process is chaotic, I along with other guests had to atleast stand for 45 mins in the queue for check in and check out. Though the check time is 3 PM and check out at 12 PM. As the hotel was sold out due to holiday season, they are not able to give the rooms on time but expect you leave on time because as per the policy early check in and late check outs are chargeable right. On top of that due to huge turnout the hotel was not able to give us a breakfast table for an hour, when we got one they asked us to hog on as the breakfast time was over by then and they started removing the breakfast after few minutes. I will not recommend to opt for this property during peak season as they do not have the capacity/ capability to cater to such huge demands.

Food was very limited and quality was not up to the mark.Too many mosquitoesLogged tub and bath area. They made us shift rooms as well.

The property was huge and spacious.

The property hosted many corporate events and weddings during our stay. It was too loud. No privacy for the in house guests.Basic amenities like hairdryer was missing

The resort was hosting a wedding on the day of our travel, and felt like a second hand treatment despite paying premium price around secondary restaurants, slow service in the restaurants, breakfast time was 7 Am but the staff was setting up the breakfast at 7:45 AM
