The view on the top of the Hotel, as well as on the beach, was stunning. Really kind staff and many-sided activity possibilities. Breakfast was OK for that price. Nothing special, but not bad.
While the room was spacious, the layout left something to be desired, and despite the hotel's luxurious exterior, the interior design felt a bit outdated; however, the incredibly friendly staff and exceptional seafront location were definite highlights. The hotel's amenities, including an impressive internal water park, various restaurants, a game room, photography services, and supermarkets, were outstanding, and we particularly enjoyed the heated swimming pool in October—a fantastic family-friendly feature. Additionally, for those renting a car, the hotel offers very convenient parking facilities.

Our A/C was broken. It was not that hot, so it was not a big problem. But on a summer day this could have been quite annoying.

swimming pool is like a just decoration, not long enough size to swim and charges a lot. room was smelly and seems aged. it wasn’t 4stars hotel at all. ?

The hotel is nicely located by the seaside and close to the Byeonsan National Park which is a quiet and peaceful place for hiking and contact with nature. The hotel offers some leisures activities mostly oriented to Korean customers’ interests. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Being a resort and not a pension, I would have expected some basic English from the staff which welcomed us at the reception. Because of limited communication, we did not receive any information about the facilities, but a paper with instructions in Korean. Nobody told us, for instance, that the room cleaning is optional. I believe that a check-in desk should offer English service or at least some basic written info. Although most of visitors are Koreans, tourists could also be attracted and this is a big lack. We could manage with our basic Korean, but that is not the point for visitors/custormers. Another disappointing point is the rooftop restaurant/bar: not possible to go for drinks and add some small food option as in many bars in Korea. The whole bbq set must be ordered ( 80 or 100’000 KRW). It is understandable for a restaurant, but I was surprised that such a huge hotel/resort does not have a bar for a drink before or after dinner.

I love Sono Hotels chain, but this one is not the best.

The atmosphere was eerie. The seaside was full of garbage and desolated, bankrupt places. Bugs everywhere. Disappointing.

The location is so good and the mountain view was exptional ? the suite was clean and I liked that the main room has a seperate toilet ?? the staff also were nice and professional. You can spend some time in the game room or the karaoke also. Another major point is the location. It's quite close to the beach -within 5 min. In general it was a good time. No complaints.

Unfortunately the water park was closed ?

It is a remarkable facility but we visited during cool weather so the water park and a number of the amenities were not open. However, a wonderful facility in a superb location. Staff were helpful, the dining room is very good and the area is excellent

Reduced dining options due to COVID measures and out-of-season limited the ability to fully enjoy the Hotel.

The hotel is located next to the beach. Our room was spacious and suitable for 4 people. We have enough space for ourselves. We have eaten at the hotel restaurant a delicious Korean food. Highly recommended.
