Gorgeous. Great service!

Room, bed and pillows so comfortable.

Last minute booking because of flight delay. But convenient to reach by bus and local train (a little walk). Restaurant was excellent , serving delicious Waggyu

Staff were friendly, the lobby was a very comfortable place to wait in and the location for the airport was good.

An annex room requires a bit of walking from reception. The walkway to the annex is totally covered so no need to go outside but if you have a lot of luggage / mobility issues the main building might be better for a room.

The hotel is quite nice and the staff was very helpful to organize our transportation to the airport for the next morning despite a shortage of taxis. They found a solution even though it was not easy.

Our stay was too short, we arrived late and had to leave very early so we could not enjoy the hotel fully.

The view from the room was really nice and the room was big enought to move around freely (bathroom included)

1- The price is a little high even for the cheaper room (the one we stayed), at least considering the room is a little dated compared to other 4 star hotels more new2- Its a shame for the limitations imposed on people with tattos about using some service (like the public bath and pool)

Booking and arrival were well separated and I thought at one time of lodging at a business hotel for this overnight stay (and that's what I still had in mind when I arrived). Was not prepared for a wedding chapel in a vast atrium and a very long travelator in the Skyway linking the hotels two buildings. Breakfast has many options for a range of guest tastes.

It is a beautiful hotel. I loved the main elevator and the cute wedding chapel. Also, the view of Sakurajima from our room was amazing.Their buffet was fantastic. There were so many choices and all of the food was delicious.

The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport does not run for about 5 hours during the middle of the day (approximately between 10:30 and 15:30).

The rooms are big and comfortable. The front desk was helpful arranging for 2 taxi rides to the airport (1 of them was very early). The dinner buffet was good value with lots of solid choices.

While the location is ok for the airport (it's still a 20min cab ride or so), the hotel is far from downtown Kagoshima sites like Sakurajima Ferry, Senga-en and Kagoshima-chou Station. It takes about 40mins by train (you do get nice views of Sakurajima from the ride - but it is slow) to reach the hotel area from downtown and then you need to walk about 10mins through a residential neighborhood to find it. I think if you're traveling without a car as I was, you may want to stay closer to town, unless you are visiting Kirishima or the airport.

Always great front staff and clean. Convenient location. Loves hot spring.

So hot on hallways to the room from elevator and gym. No air conditioning. Wish there is an airport transportation.

The hotel staff were very nice and the free onsen was very nice.

The restaurants were very expensive. I didn't understand why we had to pay additional fees to use the swimming pool.

Rooms were dated and smelled musty even with AC on/off There were yellow stains on one of the sheets when we arrived.

Amazing service from Hotel Kyocera. Hotel bed is very good quality. Very comfortable hotel. Not too far from restaurants, JR line. Is a good hotel to stay at if you want to be close to Kagoshima airport.

Hard to get a taxi as an English speaking tourist. Hotel staff is very helpful, but it is hard for them to call taxi service to get a last minute taxi - that is not their fault. Just something to keep in mind for other English-speaking tourists to make sure you take into account travel accommodations in advance.

Parking onsite, clean, friendly staff, automatic checkout machine, room was comfortable.

Beds were a little hard and some of the fixtures were dated

Large rooms by Japanese standards…very comfortable for a family of 3…the hotel also had a nice spa/sauna/onsen….and ample parking

too many instruction cards in the room!!

there are hot spring inside the hotel, room are big and comfortable. Quite a number of nice restaurant at walking distance

need to have own transportation to access this area.

it was raining when we left.i wish this hotel should have over- hung- roof at the front entrance car parking place. so no one get wet when one get in or out from the car.
