Clean and comfortable room! Nice location and quiet.

Although non smoking signs on all floors, still can smell some smoke on the floor. Guests are ignoring the signs.

Spacious room with 2 comfortable queen bed. Suitable for 4 pax. Aircond is cold and bathroom is clean. Water heater and the water pressure is good.

spacious with affordable price, netflix and other streamings also included

no breakfast

The room is clean. Very near to a mall..

Parking lot. Please paved the parking lot.

The room was clean and cozy, and I especially liked the ventilation fan in the bathroom, keeping it dry most of the time. Also, the hotel is well situated in a neighborhood with lots of food options and 7-11/FamilyMart close by. Definitely good worth of value for a night or 2 staying here.

The wall is a bit thin and you could hear people walk past by your room in the hallway, while in general, most of the hotel guests are quite considerate, hence not much of issue getting a good night sleep.

Clean, good location, new and value for money

Lack of facilities in the lobby; slow-flowing water dispenser.

ur staffs were polite n helpful

how congested it was in the room with no ventilation

The bathroom is clean.

There were footprints on the floor and on the wall.....The space is a little smaller than expected and the room is not really sound proof coz can hear the voice from corridor when people passed by.

Location very near to restaurant and supermarket. Receptionist staff is niceHotel's lobby is nice

The bed and the pillow is not comfortable enough. Only 1 pillow provided for each bed. Should be 2 pillows each bed. The room service staff were very noisy when they want to clean the room opposite us. Got fire alarm 2.00 am in the morning. Sharing iron facilities

The room is clean and well-maintained. Ample parking in an empty plot of land next to hotel. Good eateries and shops in the vicinity of the hotel. Good value for money. Will come back again.

Toilet floor gets very wet when taking a shower.

it was clean but extremely basic. you got what you pay for. location is quite good as there are lots of shops nearby and shopping mall.

not much really. nothing to comment here

The hotel parking and shop all is near by. Can get everything.

Too noisy due to children and adult shouting, door close, running. The room have abit dusty on the wall. Is obvious, please wipe the wall.

Checking in and checking out process is smooth. The location is within new township of Segamat, ample parking space & lots of restaurants, desert cafes & convenient stores around. Definitely the best in town.
